    On 0e/06/24 I had a 9:30 appt. at Big O to have .4 tires replaced. Prior to this I had gone online to get a cost , called for quote and came down in person to get cost, for the tire installation, sensor and oil change . All 3 times I was given a different cost , and as other charges The tires where I'm in a wheelchair and it would be almost impossible I literally had to borrow money before I was able to get.car I was comfortable with quote day before and didn't expect an $80 increase overnight and nothing else discussed .When I asked about getting an old tire for a spare also supposed to. E done and wasn't I was told to wait for technician for 20 min to talk to him. I had assumed when I was getting ready to leave that everything was done and satisfactory , However the Tire Monitor Sensor Light.was.still on and.it was apparent that oil change.also wasn't done.. I've had.all oil changes.done.on.my car by Big O and it.was due.in a month iand free is why I thought it was.better.to get done now and for free. I went home and it was apparent nothing was done except tires put on. Tire Monitor Sensor wasn't done, Oil change wasn't done and it was suggested I get an alignment a brake system exchange and an issue with cooling system none of this was even mentioned to me whatsoever. I would think especially seeing someone in a wheelchair that any.issues should be discussed with me especially if it could cause problems in the near future. Nothing was told to me at all. I feel that I was mislead , and lied.to about an oil change, tire monitor system and was charged $80 over original price. I would like to resolve this issue and have the oil change , and tire monitor system done and. My $80 refunded as I was originally told $506.61

    There was a miscommunication between the two salesman and the customer, ****** was charged the correct amout and  will be returning to have the issue resolved this week.
