  Terrible experience and failure to back their own warranty. I had an alignment and rotation performed on 09/23 to a truck I rarely use. I noticed right away the tires rubbing in the wheel ***** but the trucks not my daily driver so its been sitting pretty much since the work was done. Todays 11/11 (1 1/2 months later) and I finally had a free Saturday to take it in to be adjusted. I go in and explain exactly whats needed and then proceed to wait an hour and a half for them to get it back and check it out. After waiting they proceed to tell me theyve got bad news and they cant align it. The reasons given were complete B.S. such as cracked CV axle boot. Something that has nothing to do with alignment. The original work had a 3 month warranty and them refusing to fix the issue is inexcusable.

  Big O in Apache Junction installed an axle on my jet ski trailer in an attempt to fix a failed wheel bearing. $800 dollars later and they installed too light duty of an axel and now my axle is bowing in the middle and tires are beginning to wear because of it. Of course they are not willing to warrant the issue or even attempt to make it right even though they installed the wrong part. Perhaps when it fails and causes an accident my Attorney will get their attention. Beware of this place at all cost. The bad reviews are real. They even attempted to lie and state they had the axle manufactured for my trailer except the sticker still on the axle on the shows they purchased it from Auto Safety House in ******* and it was manufactured in 2019. Absolutely cannot be trusted.

  Let me relate a story, just facts, no name calling... I went to Big O in Apache Jct. for an alignment after hitting a curb to avoid an accident, so i had new tires from another dealer put on and balanced, but they had no machine to do the alignment...So, I went to big O for the alignment and sat there for about an hour then my name was called to the register... when I got to the register the lady told me that they couldn't do the alignment because many other items needed to be repaired and replaced... the idler arm, ****** arm and both upper control arms needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,800.00...I thought, that's funny, both control arms were replaced last Nov. and then the wheels were aligned, no other issues were found... So, I left and went down the street to another alignment shop, and they were able to align the tires for $83.00, no hint of replacing the aforementioned items that Big O said I needed, and the alignment was less expensive than Big O charges....I will let you draw your own conclusions...
