On November 16, ********************************************************************* via PayPal. On Dec 9, I emailed The Book Patch stating ****** said my account had no transactions, the link to claim the transaction no longer worked, and I was reaching out because the original email said I had until 12/16/22 to claim the money. I received an auto responder email and nothing more. I emailed again 12/13/22, stating I had not received a response. I emailed again 12/14/22 with proof from PayPal that the transaction ID did not exist on their end and again 12/15/22 since I had still not received a reply. On 12/15/22 I requested an immediate response and re-sending of the payment. On 12/30/22 I emailed again since there was still no response. I finally heard back 1/3/23 stating there was delayed response due to the holidays and confirming my PayPal email. I heard nothing until 1/9/23 when I wrote again for updates. on 1/12/23 I was told that the profit payment would be resent on Monday 1/16/23. That did not happen. I emailed 1/18/23 to follow up and have not heard a response since. I emailed again 2-12-23 to notify The Book Patch that I was no longer doing business with them and filing this complaint, as well as requesting again that they remit payment immediately.I am requesting The Book Patch immediately pay me all outstanding profits earned.

On April 2, 2022 I paid The Book Patch $270.98 to have 30 of my book Christian ***** by Pastor **************** printed and shipped to me. The order number is ****** and tracking number is **********************. The Book Patch said I would receive my shipment in 4 to 14 days. This is June 3rd, and I still have not received my books. I have tried multiple times over the last two months to resolve this problem to no avail. I checked the tracking daily, but it always said the same thing, Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending, April 11 3:30pm, and it never changed. I kept trying to call them daily but the phone was always busy. So I contacted them through email. I was told they sent my package to **** and to contact them. So I contacted **** by phone and by email and filed a case. I was told by **** they never received the package and to contact the book company. This went on back and forth several times. Then eventually I was told by someone from The Book Patch that if **** would send an email stating that my package was lost, then they would have my books reprinted but I would have to pay for shipping again. I did get an email from **** and forwarded as requested. I still have not received any communication from The Book Patch letting me know that they are indeed reprinting my books to send to me again. It seems I just keep getting the runaround and all I want is my books that I ordered and paid for to be delivered to me. I have many people interested and waiting. My supporting documents are attached. Can you please help me to retrieve my purchase? Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter, it is very appreciated.
