    Purchased a custom made Leather firefighter helmet shield on 12/28/2022 for the amount of $176.00. After numerous emails they have responded twice. They had agreed to making me a shield but not of the same quality but it would be shipped faster than the first one because a delay in materials. I have yet to receive either of the shields and we're now in July 2023.At this point i just want a refund which i have asked for in a few emails. Next is to file a small claims court for it.

    On May 15, 2023, I ordered and paid for a shield from this company. I paid @$71.00 for this item. I've waited the 4-6 weeks like the email I received after ordering states the shield will be shipped. I have call. left voicemails and email without a reply. Iwas just inquiring as to the status of my order. It has now been 8 weeks and I have still received on communications with this company. I would like the item that I ordered in a timely manner or a complete refund. Communication with this company is horrible. This could have all been resolved with a follow-up email or telephone call.

    I ordered two fire helmet shields one on 5/3/23 and another on 5/12/23 for $50.00 each. I received an email saying my credit card would be charged within ******************************************** 4-6 weeks. I have called multiple times and never spoken to a person. I have left multiple messages and sent emails. I have not received any communication back or the shields. My credit card was charged on 5/5/23 and 5/15/23 for purchases from D.E. Williams Shields in AZ. I get supply chain issues and things taking longer than expected but I can't get a hold of anyone and can't get a call or email back. Great looking website and the company is listed on multiple fire department literature sites for advertising. Looks like others have had similar experiences on BBB. Wish I looked at BBB before ordering. Thinking I got scammed.

    Internet order placed on Jan. 25, 2023. Order confirmation email received and my check card charged. Email states order will ship in 4-6 weeks.Items ordered: Fire Helmet passport shield 6" with removable company passport.Total price with shipping was $56.00.Order #*****.Reached out via email in regards to the order on May 30, 2023. Received a reply stating the order was in the finishing process and will ship the next week.On June 28, 2023 again an email was sent regarding the order, as no product has been received to date.. There was no reply to that email.

    Purchased two leather shields on Jan 21, 2023. Never received the items, Called, no one answers the phone. Left messages no one calls you back. Wrote an email, received no answer. Sincerely,Sigfried Second Jumper

    The status of the customer's order is currently in process and is expected to ship out next week when it is complete. We are not able to give a refund since the product is already in production. Due to supply issues, our production times have slowed.  We are working diligently to process all orders as quickly as possible.  DE Williams Shields has been in contact with the customer regarding the above.

    I placed an order for customized leather fire shields on January 22, 2023. Order #*****. I received an immediate email receipt stating that "Your order will ship out in 4-6 weeks." My debit card was also immediately charged for $157.00 for this order.As of March 14, 2023, I had not received my ordered items. On that date I started sending emails to the company and also calling their listed telephone number. As of this complaint, they have not responded to a single email (I have sent three). I have also called their company three times since March 14, 2023 and not one single time did they answer the phone. Instead, I was sent to their voicemail system and left a message with every call. Not once have they returned my phone calls.I have contacted my bank and they are in the process of investigating this and will hopefully reverse my charges for $157.00 since this company hasn't provided my ordered product and since they will not respond to emails or telephone calls.

    On December 6 of 2022 I ordered three helmet shields (for Firefighter Helmets). The order was processed and I was told within 4 to 6 weeks I would receive the products it is now March 17 and I have not received the shields. I have left three voicemails and sent three separate emails and not received a response regarding my order.

    Due to the supply issues we have been experiencing - we have- unfortunately dealing with extended production times.  Your order is currently in process and I am not able to offer a refund.  Your order is expected to ship out later this week.  Again, so sorry for the delay.

    I ordered a product for $67.50 from them on 10/12/22 (custom firefighter helmet shield) and I was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. As of now it is 1/25/23 and I never received my order, which I paid for. I called and emailed them several times with no response. Finally I had to report the transaction as fraud with my bank.
