      Problems with our heater not coming on when we would change the temperature on the thermostat, gave us problems for two weeks as we had technicians coming out to remedy the problem? Several technicians, **** C and ****** A, were always so courteous, professional, and provided us with all of our options as to what to expect as to what they were doing to fix the problem! The Dispatchers from Emergency Air Heating and Cooling scheduled always had someone come out as soon as possible that worked for our schedule. We appreciated the responsiveness and continuous communication letting us know about the arrival window as well as who I should expect to be at my door, these notifications were sent 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Problems found with our unit were Limit Switch, Gas Valve, and thermostat! ***** G

      Emergency Air and Plumbing should be avoided as they charge way too much for what they do. You can find others that provide the same service for much less (nearly 1/3 of what Emergency Air and Plumbing charges). For what they charged just to remove a leaking water heater, I could have gotten it removed and replaced and kept almost $500 in my pocket! They are not reasonable.

      **** came out and serviced our 2 units and I cannot recommend ************ and this company more. He cleaned up the systems and gave me extremely valuable feedback on the units. I bought a 1956 home and completely gutted it and did a couple additions to double the square footage. I removed the rooftop unit and got 2 new Trane units to accommodate the new square footage of the home. I did spray foam and ran flex lines in the attic. The new duct system was tricky to design with the additions and changes in ceiling height and tie ins from the old home to the new sections. **** let me know that my 2 systems 2 degrees above set points and I do not have enough return air to both units. Things I need to address. This was a very eye opening inspection. STRONGLY recommend these guys.

      After a significant new install, annual service, relentless upselling, our unit failed again. This time as in the previous times, we had to wait for the part to arrive. On Saturday, we were told that they would have to wait to get it when the distributor opened. No word back. I called and they told us that they had to order it in from **. When asked for an expected arrival time, they said they would track it. After five days with estimated time of arrival, I was told the part is in my city, but we're still not sure when it will arrive. For five days, in ******* degree weather we have reserved a hotel, moved full size dogs around, and all we asked was for an expected time of completion. Still waiting...

      We are so sorry for your inconvenience. its never fun being stuck in these situations with how hot it is outside. Being at the mercy of our suppliers is tough as it relates to when they can get us the parts and pieces needed to help you out. We always make sure that we pay any and all cost associated with expediting the delivery to make sure you get handled as quickly as possible. Its my understanding you are cool and comfy now as we took care of this 100% last week. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Please let us know if there is anything else you need.

      These Technicians are being told to upsell everything... we had them come out for an AC tuneup and we spent almost 5 grand on a new water heater. We did not need that was not leaking Now we have a leak under our sink and the sink needs to be moved about half an inch and we were told we needed a new sink which we do not and definitely a complaint They're gonna get the sink for 200 bucks charge us 1000 another two or three to put it in I don't think so. We're going elsewhere.

      Do NOT use this company. They are quick to ***ell the consumer on various warranty packages and recommended additions to the system, but they fail terribly when it comes to service and warranty work.My wife and I bought a new Carrier air conditioner/heater unit from Emergency Air in July 2022. Since that time, we have scheduled annual appointments for respective tune-*** covered under the warranty package. To date, not one appointment has been kept under the original schedule date. An annual warranty tune-up on the A/C unit scheduled 3 weeks in advance for 6/14/2024 from 2 - 6 pm. I received a call around 4pm that day stating the technician would be tied up the rest of that day and I would have to re-schedule. I agreed and re-scheduled for 7/8/2024 and the technician showed up to perform the annual maintenance.The most recent experience was today 7/9/2024 from 8am - 2pm for water heater and water pressure testing , again under their warranty. After waiting at home for 5 hours, I received a telephone call that the technician would be tied up for the rest of the day and I would have to re-schedule.I guess I picked the wrong company. Maybe Emergency Air should focus more on servicing an existing customer and less on double booking appointments.

      A basic BS COMPANY. Overpriced hot water tank. Worst of all 4 visits and almost $500 to replace thermostat that still doesnt work. Ask for my money back. NO REPLY. Had to go to another company for another $200 to do it right. SHAME ON this group

      have gone 2 weeks without heat. paid about $8,000 more. This company has been to my house at least 4 times to fix heat. They have NEVER come and done a heating tune up as per the change in their contract. They only come once a year. Schedule in January but excesses it becomes mid summer before they arrive. Hence no tune up on heater. Unable to complete job. I have a contract to check both air and heat at once but this never happens in about 8 years. Don't get fooled with promises that they do not uphold to. Sure managements air/heat never has a problem. have had to cancel appointments with other people due to this issue. Next air/heat will not be purchased from this company that just wants more money with no invoice to see what parts I paid for so that I can call and ask competitors what they would charge. Temperature inside of house was 70 degrees and explained that I have not showered and then asked if my hot water heater is broke. WTF, I told person on phone that I do not get out of a hot shower while it is cold in my house. Not good enough to leave even a one star. Stay away from this greedy company. Her comment was will have someone there from 8-2 while the time was already 8:35 AM.

      My AC stopped working in the middle of the night during our excessively hot ******* ************** days. I called about 5am and talked to a very nice person who said someone would call me back by 7am. Got a call back about 7:30 am and another nice person said she could have a tech out between 10am-2pm. Tech showed up just before noon. While he was very pleasant, it was concerning that he didn't seem to know how to cut electricity to my system to begin with. Once he finally got in to the system, he said the capacitor was bad (I figured after a quick ****** search). He replaced the capacitor but the fan still wouldn't work. He said that was very bad and costly. He showed me a quote for the fan of about $6000 dollars. He went on to say that it may be better to just have entire system replaced due to age. He indicated that a new system may START around $13000. I then paid what I owed for capacitor replacement ($475) and he left. I immediately called another HVAC that was recommended by my neighbor. They had a tech out within 4 hours. He agreed fan motor was bad and within 1 hour had replaced it. He indicated that my system, although old, was still in good shape and just needed some maintenance. The system was up and running blowing cool air once again. The fan motor was under $300. I paid him for the fan and his labor, under $500 TOTAL! I'm appalled at the ludicrous estimate that Emergency Air provided. How can these people sleep at night knowing how they are deceiving people out of their money during desperate times, particularly those in 55+ parks! This company should be ashamed. I will never, ever recommend them to ANYONE! I honestly can't understand all the positive ****** reviews AND A+ Better Business Bureau rating... ridiculous!Be aware and do your research!
