My tenant called Emergency ** for service. Their rep showed up and changed the capacitor and motor fan (wires were not properly done). My tenant was charged $1,865 (20 & 17 years old) for a job that should be more than $350. I confirmed with other professionals after 2 days when the ** stopped working again, that we were scammed. So they charged us $1,850 and after two day tenant was with no ** again. I called the company to come back and recheck the system. The rep was back, checked the ** and very aggressively recommend changing either the whole entire system for $14,000 ??? or just the compressor for $7,000 without any intention to fix what they started for exorbitant amount. He came back to oversale and charge us more for unnecessary repairs with no intention to help or fix it. He was very prepared with a pad and showed me the new products and that I must change if I want **. They are trained to sale, overcharge and rip you off. I called two other companies and one of them fix their mess for $350 (including refrigerant), check the whole systems and ** has been working perfectly since. Nothing wrong with the compressor, no need to change the whole unit. This shady company does not deserve to exist in our community.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We have used them for several years, but each time they come out for routine maintenance they try to sell us something we don't need. This last time the estimate on a unit that was making noise was **** on a warranteed part. This seemed high so I got another estimate. It was a different part that needed replacing and cost me $200. When I called emergency air to cancel my multi year maintenance contract they said they would minus the one service call. Now they are saying they will not refund my money and tried calling me. I was out of the country and had no calls from them on voicemail when I got back. Do not use this company. They are not honest and the technicians don't know what they are doing. He was on the phone with his boss the whole time of the service call because he didn't know what to do. (Other than give me a high estimate).Emergency Air

Great people working for this company. They arrived on time, completed the work as discussed and explained in detail every step. Employees/techs were very knowledgeable, worked well, well trained and provided excellent service. I now have a brand new system not just the A/C unit but all new duct work, safety water valve, filter cover, base unit flooring, A/C unit (Carrier) the best and full warranties and duct cleaning including dryer line. Wow they did it all in hours. Great job. Very happy with this company. Thank you installation techs ************ and ********************** & knowlegable works.Emergency Air

We chose Emergency Air to replace our broken heat pump. We bought a Carrier 16 Seer 2 stage unit and they delivered and installed it the next morning. They also paid for a hotel room the night before. They damaged the ceiling in the garage removing equipment but sent a plasterer who repaired it perfectly. We saw a loose piece of tape on the back of the unit and they came back and repaired it. Emergency air did everything that they said they would do.in a timely manner We are very pleased and recommend them.Emergency Air
