    Pride Management is a joke. They answer the phone 0% of the time and do nothing 100% of the time. The rules are never enforced, and nothings is fixed. Pride Management blames the ********* for nothing being done, Example: residents parking in street making it difficult for others to leave and enter their homes. The fencing along the homes needs to be repaired. New residents who have moved in have not received information about the *** or any keys to the pool. Pride Management sent me an email stating all new residents receive a package. What a lie!!! The neighbors come to me asking questions. Many attempts have been made to the *** and a few been answered. We pay our dues and receive no services. ***** this company like the plague. Wish I could give zero stars... by far the worse biggest rip off *** or business out there. DO NOT TRUST PRIDE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

    I need to express my concern and disappointment regarding recent communications I have received from their office threatening legal action and the imposition of late fees on my homeowner account.I take these threats very seriously and find the tone and approach both distressing and inappropriate, especially given my past efforts to communicate with your office regarding my current financial hardship. I have made attempts to be transparent about my situation and to request support or payment arrangements, only to be met with rigid responses and now, legal threats. This feels punitive rather than **************** a homeowner in this community, I believe it is reasonable to expect a level of empathy and professionalism, especially when a resident is facing temporary financial difficulty. These intimidating notices are not only discouraging, but they also contribute to unnecessary stress and anxiety during an already challenging time.I ask that your office take a more humane and respectful approach, and I am hopeful we can find a solution that avoids unnecessary escalation.

    Communication from one of the employees was very rude. As a Resident, we should be able to ask questions regarding the *** rules and ask how we may be able to get a change. One of the employees *********************** was very rude after asking questions and Hung up on me. All conversations should be respectful back and forth and I believe the *** has the responsibility to listen and serve the community that pays them. Im very disappointed in this company and hope change happens with how it communicates with the residents that pays them.

    They must be getting their employees to rate because this can't be real. They never answer the phone or respond to complaints. I am about to file a complaint with the board at ************ in *********** about them because they are extorting money to use our own clubhouse. They gave me a key that didn't work and charged me fifty bucks. Now they want another fifty bucks for a key. Lol. Yet others are buzzed in by the clubhouse without paying. I am about to stop paying my HOA fees and go to court to get reimbursed for use of the pool and clubhouse. They can't let some use it for free yet not let me in. They owe me years of use of the pool

    as a community and an HOA, we have had many challenges. Some big, some small. Pride Mgt thru our property manager, ***********************, has managed to solve our problems, working under the constraints of time and state law and our CCRs. Overall I find the communication and customer service fits our needs. ******* has always answered my emails and/or phone calls in a timely manner.
