      2 thumbs down. Support is as bad as i feared from an online company. They use Fed Ex and my $2400 order never arrived. Spent hours trying to work through select blind's phone, text, and chat support and was left with no resolution. A month after ordering *** I have no product and no one ******** credit card company is dealing with getting the refund now but what a waste of time.

      Canned response from the same individual days ago. No contact since. My $2400 blinds never arrived and all I want is a refund after 6 weeks of aggrevation. This company has no customer support with exception of a call center based in **** that routes your problem to someone else that you never hear from. Worse customer experience I've seen in many many years.I am hopeful my credit card company gets this squared away so we can move on from this disaster.

      Order #1 (April 2025) was just fine. It took longer for them to arrive while constantly inspecting the tracking. They arrived safely and were exactly what I needed. The installation was a breeze. The fit, with my exact dimensions, was perfect. Order #2 (May 2025) arrived on schedule, which was a nice surprise, since the first order took almost a month. **************** **** ****, was superb! The color and fit were spot on. However, since these were fabric blinds, most arrived wrinkled! What do I do, disassemble all the blinds and iron them one at a time? Leave them hanging and use a steamer to hopefully de-wrinke them? The price beats the local rip-off blinds retailer who tried scare tactics with price and 'buy now before the tariff.' 2 thumbs up!

      We love our new woven wood blind! I took advantage of the (several) free samples before ordering. The measuring instructions were spot on and customer service was very helpful answering some specific questions that I had. My husband and I installed the blind without too much difficulty and the fit is perfect!

      I bought two pieces of cordless cellular blackout shades, 75" each. Each has 2 tension mechanisms. Inside each mechanism is a coil spring, The spring is so tough that it takes *****# of force to pull it down. 1) Videos on their website and the manual create a notion that one could pull it down with two fingers. It's deceptive.2) My request for warranty repair was rejected even though I sent them videos showing difficulty to pull it down. They requested me to install the faulty product and then make a video.3) Their Terms require Arbitration, which mean customer will loose the appeal. Some $300 lost.

      The blinds were installed by our handyman so I dont know how hard it would have been for me. They look very nice, and I have hopes they will last as well as the other blinds I have from the same company.

      We ordered a set of the woven wood blinds for our kitchen and so far we love them!! The custom sizing was perfect to fit our window and the installation process was pretty simple! Hopefully they'll last! Seems to be well made! Thanks Select Blinds!
