      The instructional video in the description of the product was for a completely different product and were very different than what we read in the print directions. Additionally, the screws included in the packaging were the wrong size. Had to go to the hardware store to get the right size screws to fit the holes in the parts.

      Ordered Blinds 5 weeks ago-Called customers service several times to ask where they are and have been told they will call me back, no one calls me back, I have to call back...never told where they are, I understand things happen, but having no explanation makes me weary of wanting to deal with this company. Monday I was told my order was cancelled and the money would be sent to my account in 3-5 business days, again another lie today, it will not be returned within timeframe. Very disappointed how much time I have wasted in talking to customer service in getting nowhere, and ********************** hanging on to a large amount of Our money.

      Blinds were good for a while, but multiple handles broke after 3 years. I called and spent way too much time on hold with customer service trying to figure out which part I could order to fix them. Ordered a part (and paid for it). A month later, it hadn't arrived so I called back. Apparently there is no such part to fix these blinds, as the bits that broke are internal and can only be attached during production. $2,000+ to replace the blinds that worked for 3 years. Stay FAR away from this company.

      I ordered a set of blinds from Select Blinds in early May. An email said the blinds were shipped on 5/12/25. It is 5/19/25 and ***** still has not received the shipment. I tried calling Select Blinds but the phone system kept taking me in a circle. I was never able to talk to a live person. I tried the chat feature on the website that is answered by AI. I was supposedly being transferred to customer service, a live agent, but after a few minutes on waiting, no transfer took place. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is nonexistent.

      My overall experience was good. However, the order took longer than I was told in fact much longer than the customer service follow up for more than one person was unacceptable!

      I spent too much money ordering custom blackout shades from them, and they made them too small. I shared photos as proof to customer service. They acknowledged that their production team messed up my order and are now refusing to give me a refund for no reason except that they need to wait for their production team's response... It's been three weeks. I have been emailing and calling customer service, and they all refuse to send me a return label. The customer service team can give nothing but false platitudes, clearly, the company doesn't prioritize its customers. I ordered from them in the past, and it was fine if they don't mess up your order, but the quality is subpar.

      The blinds shipped quickly and were the right size. It's easy enough to install once the clips are in place. The screws though, I think they are of too soft a metal. The heads strip easily. I eventually got them using the hex on the outside of them. They have ********, flat head, and hex, so I think they are expecting trouble. But anyway, I managed.The blinds themselves are beautiful.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELECT BLINDSOne of the worst experiences with this company. Had an amazing experience back in 2020, and recently purchased in 2025 and completely opposite. I am not sure if they outsourced their customer service center, but after a number of calls and emails, have not been able to get the error fixed and paid for the additional worry free guarantee. Still waiting for higher manager to contact me back, and now this has been going on for over three months. I would stay away from this company.
