      I really lucked out, the last owner of my house had ordered blinds from this website. So when it came for me to place an order for mine, I already had the measurements and place to go on the label of the inside of the blinds. I ordered two new sets of blinds for my living room and kitchen dining room I am absolutely obsessed, the color and quality is amazing and they had a great deal when I purchased. Quality and a great price is how I like to Shop.

      **************** personnel was nice - Product less than stellar! Ordered a few years ago - product was top notch - now it is cheap - the blinds do not go up all the way, they jam and they are poor qulaity than they use to be. Dissappointing and frustrated!

      Im not happy I received a busted blind I called and I havent heard nothing. My blind has not been replaced. I will not ever do business with select blinds. ***** ******

      I ordered vertical blinds for my sliding glass door in Seabreeze Tide ( light blue). I received white. I called to see how to correct and they wanted a photo. I took photo of blinds in box and told the representative that I didn't remove from box because I wasn't going to keep the wrong blinds. He proceeded to ask if they were the correct size. I don't know because there still in the box. I was told they couldn't refund if the product wasn't defective. I said it is defective, it's the wrong color. Here we are over 2 weeks later and I still have white blinds sitting in a box. TERRIBLE service and customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM **********************!

      I received my blinds two months after placing my order. The tracking information was unhelpful, as it did not provide real-time updates. Furthermore, upon installation, the blinds were crooked and shorter than specified. **************** suggested repurchasing the blinds as a resolution, which I found unacceptable. It was such a disappointing experience that I will not be ordering from them again and will advise others to do the same.

      I ordered two blackout blinds and they were easy to install and came with every I needed including extra screws just in case. The blinds do great blocking out light. I high recommend this company.
