      All went well to order the blinds, receive and install. But apparently thats where customer service ends. One of the ball bearing connectors broke on one of our roller blinds. Select Blinds required a picture of the broken chain and then never returned the call or email. Subsequent attempts on our part were also fruitless! All we need is the size of the connector (though with a several thousand dollar order, one might expect them to replace a ball bearing connector!) One might also imagine their response on a larger problem

      I do not recommend this company. The blinds came with incorrect width and don't have Bluetooth functionality as promised. I have called many times and get put on hold and get transferred to someone else. No one wants to take ownership to help you. I even paid extra for the fit guarranty but everything is a mission and ordeal with this company.I am extremely disappointed and I wish I had read some of the reviews below before going with Select Blinds.

      **************** was fantastic in assisting me with replacing the blinds that were received damaged/broken. I also love the blinds (color and quality all that I was hoping for), but I do feel some improvements could be made on the sizing manufacturing end to ensure the device arrives fully functioning.

      Easy process! Thorough explanation and assistance for appropriate measuring, great info re ordering, processing, shipping, and then for installation. It looks great installed and if we need more blinds I would definitely re-order from this company.
