      On-site is reporting false information to make me unhoused They are reporting that I owe a previous landlord who has been paid. The collection agency for the landlord stated they have no record of a balance. On-site is intentional with causing me problems because they previously reported this and documents were submitted to show the landlord was paid over 4 years ago. They took it down and reposted for no reason.The landlord did not report this to them. They also owe me $56 for the denied application.

      Based on the information provided in the complaint, this does not appear to be an Insight entity.  We do not have an entity/subsidary buy the name of On-Site nor do we have any entities that participate in Collection agency type functions.  We are a computer hardware, software and services providers.

      I bought a product from Insight Tech. and paid $64 extra for 2 days service. I the product in 7 days without any specific reason and upon asking for a refund they said, they only can issue a 50% refund. This was not acceptable and I would like to WARN all end users to be careful before doing business with them and to TOPAZ SYSTEMS (as they are one of their authorized dealer) to teach them some ethics.

      This is concerning my order ********** on 01/08/24. This order arrived in a damaged box so it was refused upon delivery and returned to the sender. Insight has confirmed that the units have been received back but that they are waiting for approval on the refund from the vendor. I was advised that they couldn't do a direct replacement so I'd have to wait for the refund to be processed so I can place this order once again. It has been almost 2 months now that I've been waiting for this refund. At this point, I don't wish to do further business with Insight, I just want my money back. As a startup business, this has set back my plans greatly and I'm forced to call customer service periodically only to be told the same thing. Pleading for me to give them a few more days and that they are waiting for this "vendor" to approve this refund. Keep in mind that I purchased these units directly from Insight, I had no knowledge of a third party involved. I would just like my money back so I can move on with my life please.Thanks

      No one has contacted me regarding the warranty refund I am owed per the extended warranty contract. A credit memo has been issued by their vendor, but they have not issued my refund. Insight Enterprise is the parent company for Tiger Direct, which they retired as an online entity in March of 2023.

      This business calls our business multiple times daily. There is never anyone on the line who says anything. I have reached out multiple times to the company to request that they remove our number from their call list. They claim to remove our number, but then we still continue to receive calls. These calls occur at the same time of day every day and the calls come in back to back. I see another BBB complaint of similar nature. Please address this.
