      The worst reseller/middleman we have ever done business with. As a vendor, this company is unorganized, unresponsive, constantly late on payments, and has outsourced all reliable support and account services overseas.Terrible reseller who has tarnished client/business relationships, takes no accountability, and provides the least amount of assistance when needed.

      I have unsubscribed to their emails (which I never signed up for) a ridiculous amount of times but continue to be bombarded by their messages.

      Their customer support is non-responsive. I asked them a very basic question about a product, filled out a "Hear from a specialist form", and sent it. I received an email auto-reply saying they'll get back to me, but they never did. This happened on 2 separate occasions. I also emailed them directly, with zero result. Obviously, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
