      I sold them my iphone 13 pro which has been in a case since day 1. There's no noticeable scratches unless you really look for them and you'll see tiny soft scratches which is still impressive for a phone that's been used for hours for 2 years straight. They deducted $50 because it wasn't in flawless new condition which felt like a way to just get my phone mailed into and turn around and pocket $50 for themselves.
