I was very apprehensive after I got an offer for my used IPHONE 11 which is about 2 years old and bought directly from the Apple Store. Jessa from Buyback Boss made the process very easy keeping me informed all the way after I had shipped the iphone in a prepaid label provided by Buyback Boss and in past experiences a company I send my macbook after receipt of it came up with all excuses and lowered the intially offered price and I had no choice but to accept the lower price and felt violated but happy to say Buyback Boss has earned my respect and in the future when i upgrade iphones, macbooks etc Buyback Boss will be the place I do business with! FIVE STAR RATING

Buyback boss was super easy to deal with. The process of setting up the transaction is very easy on their website. Once you have set it up, they send you a shipping label, and you just drop it off at the shipping location. I received multiple emails through the process, and they actually gave me more for my device than anticipated because I had underestimated the device condition. The whole process was very quick and I received the payment very quickly!Buyback Boss

I sent in my iPhone 15 Pro max as good condition and BuyBack Boss got back to me as Flawless condition and increased the payment. They are really honest. It took them 2 days to inspect and 3 days for me to get the check. This is the 4th time I have done business with them.Buyback Boss
