      YOUR CARD LEVEL IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK... Get Ready for this !!! so you think that your player card level is safe THINK AGAIN !!! after building up a platinum Level they will take it away in January and make you start all over taking away everything you built up ...THAT MEANS IF YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN THEY WILL SWITCH YOU TO SOME RUDE A**** THAT WILL TELL YOU TO "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DONT LIKE THE RULES THAT THEY HAND OUT ... THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT ***** WANTS WHAT HE EARNED.

      **** took the $400 in cash I handed them at checkout, but still charged my card the $400 and has failed/refused/ignored my inquiry to rectify their mismanagement of finance! E-mail, voice mail and in-person attempts to reclaim what the casino has stolen has yet to be resolved!!! You Have Been Warned!!! ALL THUMBS DOWN DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! ONLY THING THAT STANDS OUT IS THEIR DISH****TY AND CRIMINAL ACTIONS!!! ILL POST THE CONTACT NAMES OF THOSE INCOMPETENT SOULS WHO STEAL MY AND YOUR MONEY AND THE **** YOU WANT TO ASK FOR THEIR MANAGER cuz they will NOT help you!!! Bachelor Party in ***** is SOOOOO much better!!!! the big one ****!!!Your Never Again former patronEAD!!!

      Poor customer service.. they don't tell you don't rip the $20 free play promotion you get in the mail .. I just ripped off the address portion to have it fit in my wallet apparently that voids it .. if it's that important put it on the flyer !!! I think they should have honored it I mean your new and want people don't be so cheap .. also the buttons on the screen **** when you put in your card and pin every single time. And whats with the Parking structure not having access? I will be telling everyone to go somewhere else

      The new San Tan casino is the most generic casino I ever been too. Horrible design , not many machines or table games. The paybacks are Horrible. The staff is rude. The table manager we asked a question and his tone and demeanor was not friendly at all. Thought we would give it a try, but I can guarantee we will NEVER visit this place again. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

      This casino has to be the worst in **. Odds are trash. Any form of electronic live machines you will lose. Good luck of you are reading this.

      This is a brief synopsis of a complaint/incident I filed with the manager of the casino and even sent to her manager because she failed to respond to my complaint. The poker dealer ***** spirit was negative and agitated when he came to the table. I got pocket Queens. I kiddingly said, Oh, I dont know about you, as I was contemplating whether or not to raise. He blew up and with an extremely nasty tone said, You are always singling me out, you always do this, and Im sick of it! I looked at him very surprised and told him I was kidding. I told him he was taking what I said too personally, and that he had no sense of humor. He called the floor person. **** never told him what I had said to him and what he had said to me. I didnt tell him what I said, I just kept telling him I was joking. I was told that I shouldnt be bothering the dealer. I told him it wasnt like that. However, because they were treating me worse than they would have if I were any other race of woman, I just kept saying **** had no sense of humor and that he needed to get over himself. I left the table and said I would come back when **** was gone. However, I just wanted to explain to **** that I had been a dealer and dealt the **** and that I had players say and do a whole lot worse than what he blew up about. There had been players who werent kidding when they said things to me. I got out the first few words when he yelled across the poker room, Floor, shes still harassing me! This was a bold face lie. I was told that I had to leave the poker room for the day. I was also refused a complaint/incident form and to speak to the manager. I was so upset and dejected that they would do this over a minor situation, especially when it is the players who actually pay the dealers wages from tips. They get way less than minimum wage. I demand a written apology and the dealer and floor person reprimanded for their behavior. I have yet to receive a response.
