Im not getting what I paid for and what I signed up for. They promised me a minimum of 10 leads a month for sellers and 10 leads for buyers. Im barely getting 5-10% but theyre claiming that I am. Even though theyre not there. Its like theyre just lying. They want me to pay $1990 to get out of the contract before November even though Ive been paying nearly $1000 a month for over 6 months with nothing but scam leads to show for it. This company is predatory and false advertising. They need to be shut down. I have more documents Im happy to supplyInitial Complaint

I signed up with bold leads under false presentation that they would be vetting the leads whether be buyers or sellers that they sent to me to follow up on. I signed up with them on February 23rd they immediately sent me a lead. But the lead was false and no one at that phone number was valid, this I believe was to solidify they sent me a lead. So all the additional leads they sent me one person yelled at me and threaten me and told me that she never signed up for anything and that the information except for the phone number and the address were correct email was not. Another person they sent me was someone who didn't even have a computer and elderly gentleman. The next one they sent me was for somebody who has a much older name and an email address. When I called the phone number was not for that person The email was for the correct person that lived in ********* and I live in Washington she had no idea what I was talking about. These are just a few of the leads altogether there was approximately six or seven and none of them were valid they all had some form of bogus information. So when I called to cancel they told me they're going to charge me for the entire time in the tune of over *****. Because I have 10 months left of a 12-month contract. I understand contracts and I would happen to agree with this if I was canceling for no other reason than because I was upset. But what they promised and what they delivered are two different things. I personally have never filed a grievance against anybody, but these people I believe are con-men. They are taking advantage of the public by providing personal information. I believe that they should be classified as predators. They state they go on platforms and pull the information that it's been requested from them IE *************************** etc. Which I have a hard time believing especially since one of the gentlemen didn't even have a computer.Initial Complaint

I signed a 12 month contract with BoldLeads for buyer leads in the ************ area and this includes a CRM system. The total plan is $798/month and I was convinced by the selling representative **** that I would receive dozens of leads per month with full contact info, along with partial leads (those that did not fille out the entire contact form). Along with Text concierge, who reach out as "real people" and warm up these leads before handing them over or scheduling them on your Calendly account (which I set up to do and in 7 months, I received one bogus lead scheduled to my calendar that was about calling to follow up. Isn't that what text concierge was doing??)The bottom-line is, I receive very little leads per month and many are incomplete or repeats. Contact info is no good or when I call, they say they never gave out their information. When I reach out to BoldLeads, they are always quick to make excuses and pass off my support request to another department, which never does any good and I never hear anymore. Then I email support again and they make the same excuses and remind me that I am LOCKED in until July. So basically, they get $9756 from me and my lender partner (who is paying half) and we haven't received anything they promised with their elite system for customer acquisition. RIP OFF!!I have received 2 leads that were junk from Feb. 19 - March 20. They are taking people's money and not delivering on what they promise. I have not made any money using BoldLeads.BoldLeads needs to be investigated.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 12/02/2023 The cost: $698 monthly for a 6 month period Services to be provided: Provide automated, quality real estate leads and a follow-up system. They create professional ***********************, delivering the resulting leads to a database for use. There statement from their website We continue to crush outdated, scammy competitors by delivering exceptional results for our clients.Dispute is: As stated above they claimed to provide quality real estate leads and crush scammy competitors. However, in the short three months I have used their service, my business has been called scammy numerous times along with threatened to legal actions from the leads they provide. Several leads they provided made statements that they never sought out financial valuations on their homes. One lead they provided called my business very irate wanting to know why I was trying to sell his house without his permission. I made contact to explain the issue and asked for documentation to help combat the labal of scammer that my business was called. The actions of the company have created a negative stigma for my business and I asked to end the relationship that my only option was to pay an early termination fee of $897. They stated he would ask the managers if they would validate the lead generation methods. I would like to end the relationship and not have to pay the early termination fee as they did not provide what they said they would be provided and only created a negative stigma for my business that will require a lot of effort to attempt to repair due to their company.Initial Complaint

Anyone interested in trying Bold Leads should just look at the BBB rating and any of the deservedly awful reviews left here. This program is a total waste of money, with un-verified leads, bad contact info and useless customer service. Any positive review you see on any other site must be a plant, as there are many more bad reviews.I was locked into a year contract, threatened to be taken to court if I wanted to break it early, no response despite repeated requests to speak to someone other than the totally useless customer service woman who could not care less about her job. Total waste of time and money. Now that my contract is done, they will not respond to any of my requests to discuss my experience with them.Initial Complaint

Bold leads has never delivered on quality leads (actual buyers wanting to buy a home). I tried to chance, but they refused to cancel. They have my credit card number and they charge me $399 every month. I tried to stop payment through my credit card company, but they told me it is a contract so I have to pay. I don't understand why I have to pay when the other party never delivers on what they promised. I think ******** might deliver for some, but they are stealing from other. I tried repeatedly to get them to cancel. They have refused every time. I know have paid over $4000 for something that I never got. How is this fair?Initial Complaint

This company, which I engaged to provide home seller leads for my new real estate brokerage, in November, promised to provide a large amount of good, actionable leads, but only provided a few leads, none from serious home sellers and all pretty bogus. They over promised their service but did not provide what they were contracted to provide, which is simply a good volume of real leads from sellers wishing to sell their homes.I tried to cancel their service but they refused, saying they were providing the leads they promised which is simply an untrue lie - they are only interested in taking my money. They are demanding I pay for 11 months more of their service, are rude and threatening - I tried to work with them but they refuse - their customer service is terrible and all they want is my money although they don't provide the leads that is the whole reason for using their service. I honestly believe this service is a scan. Sadly, they boast they are owned by Lone Wolf Technologies, a reputable company servicing the real estate industry - it is sad to see Lone Wolf are happy to put their reputation on the line for this scamming company - really Lone Wolf - you are better than this!!!Initial Complaint

Bold Leads promised to provide quality pre-vetted leads and guaranteed a minimum amount of "hot leads", which would turn into sales for monthly fee of $699.00. However for the last 10 moths the contact information provided for the lead is incomplete, inaccurate the leads are not interested. One of the "leads" contact info was for my neighbor, I personally went to my neighbor and showed her the request on bold leads dashboard. She was shocked and did not understand why her address was provided to me. Another "lead" texted me that the person I am trying to contact died 7 years ago and it was very painful for them to receive my phone call asking to talk to their dead spouse.Initial Complaint

I have had this service for 6 months. The service has not functioned as contracted. The leads generated has not produced any viable leads. The leads do not receive what is offered in the ad. When, I did speak to a lead, the feedback was they just wanted a link or list of properties for sale. Which the service is incapable of providing. Even when giving bold lead the link to the list myself, they do not provide it to the lead. They just send them a link to a search page. I have worked with them, on two occasions. Both took weeks to a month to illicit a response. They promised to tweak the ad. And they will not send me the ad for approval, and claim its proprietary. Nor will they tell me the criteria for the ad placement, or targeted audience. Not one has been a serious buyer, in any time frame. They have not sent me a copy of the contract, I have requested. They abandoned the account and did not service it for over a month. I paid $400 for my own ad I did on my own, and had a ROI of $11,000. How was I able to do what they could not with $3000? I have invested many hours in the leads that did come through, but they are not vetted in any way, and have had no intention of buying. The sales person has never ever returned any of my calls or texts. I don't have any emails to share with BBB, because they do not respond to them, they only call. Which is very odd and suspicious.Business Response

This is not a resolution. Nor will I speak to anyone. I have spoken with someone multiple times to no avail. I have been promised things verbally with no results, or follow through. All responses will have to be in writing, as unfortunately I do not trust the enforceability of anything verbally from BoldLeads.
An example of an actionable response and commitment to a resolution, would be a promise to review, apologize, and make amends, and provide the information and action that has been requested:
Please suspend my service and ads immediately. The quality of the ads are not acceptable. Email a copy of the ads, contract, ad frequency, placement criteria, target audience and geographical target area.
I seek nothing for the wasted time and damage to my reputation from the inability to deliver the service to the ad respondents.

march 2021 I had contacted BoldLeads to provide a Leads source for my real estate business.*************************, my representative assured me that I would receive roughly 30 to 40 leads per month. These would be seller leads for sellers (homeowners) expressing interest in selling their home. to date I have received 33 leads in the last nine months. I had contacted the support team and requested a cancel ration after two months of bogus leads. I was told that I was in a contract and could not cancel it. Finally they had someone contact me from support, and they assured me they would cancel as they were not able to provide the leads I was promised. However, they kept charging my credit card. I did not receive leads for a few months and then they start it up again. I contacted BoldLeads when I realize they were still charging my card $799 a month , I am totally frustrated. I have contacted ***** and spoken to him and he told me he would cancel me immediately and apologized however they would not refund the $2300 they charged on my card. He told me that they never promised me a guarantee of leads per month. this is clearly a bait and switch scheme. They need to be reported and put out of business.
