      I entered into a 6 month contract with Bold Leads on November 10, 2022. As of this date, December 5, 2022, Bold Leads has not provided one single lead as per the contract, at least 10 leads in my area per month. The leads are more than ****************************************************************************************************************************** a name. There is no way to follow up on these leads. They are bad leads. No one should go into business with these people because they have not worked out the details and it is a scam.

      The business committed to providing me over 100 leads per month. They made it seem like I would be getting so many leads I couldnt even handle them all. To date I got a total of 78 after paying for months on this product. I along with many others was promised a certain amount of leads and never got it. I had a contract that they are not providing the service for. They promised a certain amount of leads and most of the leads were fake, wrong numbers, wrong emails. No one ever returned the call. Not one lead worked out and No one ever cared to call and check on anything or how it was going until non payment. Now they are saying they are going to send to collections. be ware of this company. I want a full refund and they can have all of their "leads" fake leads at that back.

      Our office policy is not to harass or continue to contact people who do not respond as the automated messages do. This is a violation of FTC regulations. Leads don't seem to be aware they will be contacted by an agent, This is a violation of the ************************* advertising guidelines and can result in the loss of your real estate license. No lead generation program is worth loosing my real estate license or having a complaint filed against me with the **** (21 NCAC 58A ***** ADVERTISING (a) Authority to Advertise. (1) (b) Blind Ads. A broker shall not advertise the sale, purchase, exchange, rent, or lease of real estate for others in a manner indicating the offer to sell, purchase, exchange, rent, or lease of real estate for another or others without the consent of his or her broker-in-charge and without including in the advertisement the name of the firm or sole proprietorship with which the broker is affiliated.) I was told they paid a "fee upon sign up" to make my advertising legal in **. There are no fees to legally advertise in **. They could provide a "general" ad but not an actual ad as required by ** When I signed up in June 2022, I was told a live person would be responding to all inquires. The exact same robo messages being sent to leads even if they specifically ask not to be contacted when making a request.During the sales call, I was told that people will respond to the inquiry sent by a live team member about improvements to your home that *** impact the value of the property. So far the only response has been to stop sending them messages or some version of that. Because of the diverse housing, an accurate valuation cannot be made by just looking at an address. The program implies to leads that they can request a valuation and receive immediate feedback with little or no interaction with the lead and the person providing the valuation.July 30, 2022, I started trying to resolve this with BoldLeads. Their only solution was to pay $2300+.

      I signed up for this service and they were supposed to provide leads. Out of the 120 leads I have received most have been people that are already under contract. They dont provide accurate information or my favorite they set appointments to addresses that dont exist. They harass people with my name on it. This company wont let me out of a contract and its a scam. These are not scrubbed leads. These are I pulled the name from a hat and gambling.

      My team and I signed up for this service on Feb.28th 2022. When signing up we were promised 20+ leads a month for $699/month. The first few months we did get over the promised 20 leads but email addresses, phone numbers and sometimes even name and address was invalid or incorrect. For the past few months we have not received the promised "20+ leads per month" that we were told we would get for the $699. When reaching out to their support about canceling the membership, they told me the only way out was to pay an "early termination fee of $1,596" which isn't really a fee, it's the remaining amount due on the contract. At first I honestly didn't care, I was willing to pay to get away from this mess. After discussing with my team members they expressed concern stating that we shouldn't have to pay a cancelation fee and should in all honesty, be given a refund for the 4 months we didn't get what we were promised. I reached out again to "support" expressing my concern and request, noted that I didn't authorize the draft of the "fee" but they are still attempting to draft the $1,596 even after I told them I didn't agree to that. Now they are trying to steal my money, refusing to refund any money, even after they didn't deliver what was promised on their end of the agreement. I have reached out to my bank about disputing the charges so we will see what comes of it. This whole program is nothing but a scam, do not fall for their lies. They will make promises and not deliver and then not own up to their lies, knowing what was promised by their other team sales rep. I have emails that I provided to "the manager" showing proof of what was promised when signing up and they still yet to agree that they have fallen short to what they use as a "sales pitch" to hook agents and lenders for signing up to take their money. I have requested my account to be canceled, termination fee to be waived and a refund for the last 4 months and I have yet to have any of this resolved.

      Was not told the Contract I was bullied I to signing was an average. I was told I would receive 10 leads a month. I spent $600/month and nothing happened. I received zero new leads. On top of that the leads I did receive were wrong numbers and not accociated with the correct people. After many attempts to contact BoldLeads through email and phone calls to understand why I wasn't getting any leads, I asked for my contract to be canceled. I was told to pay the remainer in full. Have only been able to get one person on the phone, one time. I was not informed correctly, boldleads does not give you any information on how they obtain the leads they give e you *** you don't have access to the 'marketing materia' that you pay $300 a month for. Very very disappointed and frustrated with this service provider.

      In good faith, I signed up for exclusive buyer leads and was told I would get a Minimum of 10 leads per month. I have not received what was promised and every lead I have gotten has turned out to be useless because the way this company goes about getting these so called leads is basically a scam and the person is searching g for a list of homes they never get which makes me look bad from the beginning when I reach out to them. I tried to reach out for help and to try to cancel and was basically threatened with a $4000 charge to cancel. If I am not happy with a service I should be able to cancel as I didnt receive what was promised at all. Instead I get a guy named ***** who calls me and promises to be my contact now and says he will help me and make it work for me. But AGAIN, I still cant get the site to work correctly and still ZERO response when I reach out to the company. I leave a message and no one EVER returns my call. This company is absolutely worthless. I demand a refund and to have all future payments canceled or I will be filing a lawsuit.

      I signed up for Bold Leads about a year ago- I was told I would receive ***** leads a month ( Raliegh **- one of the hottest markets) I received no where near that many and most were partial names, numbers etc.. Who were not interested at all in selling.I complained and have received no response.

      I subscribed to Boldleads at the end of August. When I signed up the sales rep spoke about the high number of leads I would get and how they were all going to have the information needed. She did guarantee 10 leads a month however the entire time she kept talking about how many more I would get etc. After my first 30 days I had gotten 12 leads that were just beyond terrible. Im understanding that these type of leads are sometimes going to someone who has to be nurtured, however during my sales call it was explained in a way that Id get tons of leads and varying points of readiness. Fast forward to the end of September (I believe the 20th) I called in asked to speak to someone about cancelling. I was told theyd submit a ticket and someone would call me soon. Couple days went by so I called again. This time I spoke with a gentleman named ****. He was professional, but when I explained how I felt like I was mislead and they had shady tactics he refused to let me cancel without charging me. We went back and forth and ended on a compromise. He would listen to the recorded sales call and if she mentioned Id get **************************** a month hed cancel for me. Fast-forward to Sept 30. **** called back and said they wouldnt let me cancel for free but for a discount. During the conversation he admitted that the sales rep did say ***** however they wouldnt give me the free cancellation. When I called him on that he back tracked and said he didnt mean to say that. I demanded to speak to a manager but they were all busy but hed give me a top priority ticket and one would call me soon. Its now Oct 7 and Ive still not had a call from a manager. Bold leads went back in their word and sold me on a product that doesnt preform. They are unprofessional. Any agent thinking of signing up, dont. It is a scam.

      The company is claiming that someone has reached out and that is just not true. I have no emails, missed phone calls or voicemails within the last 48 hours. So I would like if someone would please reach out again. As I called again this morning and still have yet to receive a response.
