      On September 6th, I spoke with sales representative ***************************** ************.I had several questions and specifically wanted to know about the (get out time frame) **** assured me I had 30 days to decide if BL was a good fit for my needs. Since September 27th I have called, emailed and text numerous times trying to reach ***************** support team, *****************************, **** and to-date I've had ZERO response from anyone with BOLD Leads. The promise was 10+ ligitimate seller Leads a month. October 6th will be the end of my 30 days get out time frame. From September 6th to October 3rd I have received 4 Leads. This is simply not what was promised nor what I agreed to. I've been requesting termination of services and all future bills and payments with ZERO RESPONSE. This is unacceptable. They had a sense of urgency to answer my calls, emails and text to get my money and ghosted me after they received funds. Extremely dissatisfied with their lack of services.

      On 9/23/22 In good faith, I purchased "Exclusive" Seller Leads" from ************************* at Bold Leads in amount of $599/month. We entered into an agreement for Seller Leads Only. My contract states "Seller Leads" nothing else, no buyers, no mixture of anything. To this day, I still have not received what I was promised in the agreement, instead; I was given REFI LEADS. When, I clearly did not sign up for Refi Leads. This is a violation of DRE Rules as we are not allowed to do loans. I did not signed up for this. After numerous calls and emails, spoke with **** on Friday 9/23/22 he acknowledged that this was a violation of DRE and a error from his marketing team. The resolution was to close my account and *************** was to call me to close and refund my account. Today is 9/27/22 and I still have not received a call from anyone at this organization to close my account. In addition, My entire account was set up non-compliant as Realtors we have to follow guidelines to advertise, they don't follow guidelines and provide no live links to have it reviewed. Further more, there website has automatic messaging system that sends non-compliant messages to the Refi Lead. I am not a licensed mortgage agent. What are they thinking! I had to go in and shut off the automatic messages sent to Refi Lead. The entire account was set up negligenlty and non-compliant all because this organization incompetent and reckless to careers of Realtors. They are putting my livelihood in jeopardy by being reckless and incompetent and they ignore my request to close this account.Bold Leads is a sham. A fraud. They use non-stop calls to solicit your business and trap you into a One sided, unjust enrichment contract. They don't give you what you paid for but only cause so must mental anguish, stress and waste of time. I have reached out many times to get this account closed and refunded for not delivering what I paid for and they have refused to correct there mistake.

      I signed up for one year of BOLD LEADS. What I got is FAKE and INCOMPLETE information. For example, IF the phone number and address were legitimate, I called and the owner had NOT provided his information and did NOT want to sell. MOST of the "leads" were of this type:first name or last name only; incomplete address; or fake email; or fake phone number.There was NOTHING within what was sent to me that was use-able to be considered a lead. NONE OF THE 'LEADS' I RECEIVED ARE LEADS. When I called and complained, the number of 'leads' I received increased; but none of them were 'leads.' I called and asked to cancel and was told NO.

      Paid $699 per month for real estate leads. The "leads" weren't real, people had no clue why I was calling. More than half didn't even own the home the lead said they did. No idea why I was calling them. Company rep said I could cancel and be charged no more, 2 months left and be refunded for August when I got 2 leads. Then they stick a "manager" who's very sassy and demanding money from me. Zero customer service and doesn't seem like they want to resolve this.

      I like to register a complaint with a company called bold leads. They are a scam operation. They took my money and promised to deliver a minimum amount of leads but they haven't done that.Please advise me how to proceed with this complaint

      I signed up for bold leads in March. I have used them in the past in 2019 and had a good experience, I did not realize the company had been sold and had changed.We were only getting about 10 leads a month, (there was a few more partial leads but didn't have contact info etc). I also had clicked on a bold leads ad fir a.home value expecting it to be mine and the ad took me to an agent in a different city so clearly that agebt was somehow getting leads from where my area was supposed to be.I had a terrible time trying to get ahold of the company or getting anyone to answer **** finally got through to someone and they wouldn't let me out of the contract. We decided to switch to buyers, and try to make the best of it. I was told I was the only agent in my area with buyer leads. After a month I only received 4 buyer leads. None of them good. I then found out that after they switched me they sold another buyer lead campaign to someone else at my office (we are from a very small town so this doesn't make sense to me) her and I compared accounts and she received 18 full leads in August in her first month with bold leads and 6 full leads so far in September. Between August and September I received 6 full leafs total. If you put our leads together it equals the amount they promise for one agent but instead they are charging 2 full accounts and splitting the leads up between to people (except she's received 24 total and I've received 6 total).

      I am a Realtor and signed a contract with this company for seller leads on 5/3/22.They promised me credible leads and it's been 5 months and none of the leads they provide are credible.There are a lot of wrong numbers and when someone does answer they hang up and seem like they don't know why I'm calling. I feel that this company is providing fake leads to charge customers a lot of money. I pay $699/month and I have tried to get out of the contract 3 times and they don't let me. I am stressed out about throwing my money away and they won't listen.

      This company hooks folks into a contract and regardless of the quality of their service - you have no choice but to be trapped for the duration. The support is rude and unhelpful, the leads are horrendous for the cost. It is practically flushing good cash straight down the toilet and they do not care how poor the service, they just take the money. If anyone knows an easier way out of this, please let me know.

      This business takes advantage of real estate agents. They promise leads, a minimum of ***** a month. They do not produce anywhere near that amount, the leads they do produce will not even have basic contact information on many occasions. On one occasion, the profile photo for one of the leads I was sent was of an image of an ****** toy in the fashion of female genitalia. They convince their consumers to believe that the leads provided will be pre-vetted and expect to hear from you, but they often dont know why you are calling or the person that answers is not be the person (or do they know the person) in the lead profile. This Company is not living up to their end of the deal and then trapping their victims in a year long contract with no escape route. BoldLeads is intentionally targeting agents who are actively trying to grow their businesses and then predicate on the very human experience of the fear of failure and the pressure to succeed. In their marketing phone calls they falsely advertise their products and threaten collections if you try to cancel.

      I had search the reviews of Bold Leads and they were very good. So I contact them and signed up. They said I would get an average of 30 qualified leads a month. The fee is $799 month. I am in a 12 month contract. I have received barely 50 in 5 months time. They aren't even leads because the information is wrong & unsolicited. I contacted bold leads and tried to cancel. I explained to one of the representatives that I keep getting really bad leads. The contact information wrong more than half the time. The e-mails are bad and bounce back, the numbers are also bad. If you do actually get a number, you get an immediate response of who is this or why are you contacting me? The company's response was they would cancel my contract if I pay them an additional $2,793.00 in one payment. I carefully explained that leads were not good leads and asked them to just let me out of the contract. I was happy to just stop bleeding money, I was not even asking for a refund. I have already spent $3,500 for bad info and a lot of wasted time. They take no responsibilty for the so called service they are selling. They want to get paid and do not care that the consumer was lied to completely. I realize I have lost $3,995 on absolutely nothing. I have read that bold leads is working for others. I am total mystified as to how it could work great for others, but not at all for me. I would highly recommend NOT using Bold Leads.
