  This company is horrible. You can get a phone call for startup service which will cost you almost $2,000 up front. Yes they guarantee a money back guarantee if things are not working out, but the only issue is it's hard to get your money back. There's no way to talk to management so you have to go through emails can you say red flag.

  Horrible, 6 month contract at $600.00 a month and not ONE lead that worked out, no sales from the leads I recieved ****% did not even respond to my calls, emails or texts and the ones who did answer or respond had no idea what I was talking about, they said they were not looking for a home, and there was 2 or 3 from other states than me. **********************, they talk a good game but the only game they got going on is putting your money in their pocket.

  The worst company ever. A total rip off and lie about what they provide. They should be out of business. It is so bad. Please stay clear away. They are a scam. The customer service is horrible. They are stealing money from people.

  I would not recommend Bold Leads at all. I was constantly getting leads in other states where I am not licensed and reported these issues sometimes weekly. Unfortunately my name and brokerage name were attached to automated emails and text messages so, it tarnished my reputation to be attached to Bold Leads. I also received leads from people who were not trying to sell and they felt that I was harassing them. (i.e. my friend's mother and my broker's mother-in-law---who luckily I deleted quickly before they got emails/text messages). I was cussed out by leads who I called and had a few call me in the middle of the night to harrass me back. The customer service was inconsistent with one person telling me that leads must be driving through my town to end up in my pipeline of leads and another time telling me that they were monitoring my account to improve the quality of leads, which lead to more leads out of state. It is not worth the trouble and certainly not worth the cost. I would give -0- stars but, unfortunately have to pick at least 1 to post this review.

  Please please please DO NOT SIGN UP With this *************** If you look at the reviews they are majority negative and that's for a reason. They use the guise at they can confirm how go the leads are or the quality. When you pay for a service you get zero to no customer service. Notice all of their responses they take no responsibility for anything. I tried cancelling and no you can't despite not a solid lead panning out again by wrong telephone numbers, or inactive numbers, or calls way outside of where you are. They don't remedy the situation and tell you to wait longer for more leads waiting longer would be again another month or money that went down the drain. I don't wish anyone to deal with the pain of this place. Please do not sign up.

  They're pretty bad. I can't wait to be able to get out of my contract with them, All the leads are magically pulled from who knows where. The potential lead ask where you get their information from, most of the information is bogus, they text the potential people so much its borderline harassment and your name is attached to it. I've tried to call **** in customer satisfaction and hes honestly like talking to a brick wall. He's supposed to be the only one that you can talk to. The other person was in a car accident forever supposedly. He might get a bonus for just talking around in circles behind a desk but I promise you if it was his money they were wasting each month, he would get it. I've now started to get leads in **** which I'm not even licensed in. I promise you its really a stretch for this company with their "leads" they send each month. It's now been over 8 months and I've yet to be able to convert any and I close a solid book of business each year!

  The leads are bogus, customer service is horrible, been calling for months and no success. Took over $7,000 from me and did not provide not one legitimate lead.

  I do not recommend this company, they deceive you initially promising you great leads. They say that you can easily cancel as long as you give a ***** day heads up, they say it's not problem. Then when you try to cancel they say you signed an 8 month subscription and threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay. They say they have a recording but refuse to allow you to listen to it and say they don't have to provide it. Per their words: "After reviewing the call, we did not find that the sales representative was misleading and explained to you at the 18 minute **** of the call that if you cancel out before the contract term is completed you would be responsible for the remaining payments of the subscription. Since this is the case, I will need to leave everything as is.As mentioned per our phone call, your completion date is on 07/04/2023.*I would like to remind you, we do need at least a ***** day notice from the completion date to set you up for auto-completion.*Please be advised that after 60 days of non payment on the account would result in an automatic cancellation and the remaining balance would be sent out to collections."They do not do what they promise and that's to provide great leads. They tie you into a contract and can't provide proof of the previous call. They are just like "***********, Circle Prospect, and all the other scamming companies that just take your hard earned money without the ability to walk way."   I've signed up with bold leads, initially i received 4 leads adn 14 bonus leads....after that i have yet to receive a new lead. i'm full of regrets at this time. Stay away from this company if you read this
