recently purchased a brand new ATV and was charged for the "ride now advantage" as the sales manager presented it and I was informed it was mandatory, the price was $1395 which was a gps unit and battery for life ,I really wanted the quad at the time so went with the deal only to find out it was not mandatory and although I haven't even made one payment yet,I am not able to get out of that deal now ,the sales manager also insisted I go with an extended warranty and was told this particular ATV only came with a 6 month warranty but I refused that and found out this ATV actually had a 12 month warranty,I find this to be a complete rip off and and am so disappointed in purchasing from a company but now I am stuck with it,I suggest everyone please don't buy under pressure and do your research

******************** did visit our dealership. Our staff will always attempt to go above and beyond to assist customers with their shopping experience and always interact with professionalism. It was unfortunate that we had to ask ******************** to leave our premises. We do hope that ******************** can find another dealership better suited for his future purchase needs.

This is by far the worst powersport dealership I've ever had the unfortunate experience dealing with these people took my bike in left it outside uncovered scraped the fairings frame slider and fender up then proceeded to have me deal with the paint and body shop after multiple trips I mean in excess of 10 trips back and forth I still got my bike back half-assed after a very lengthy period of time and was pretty much left with very little compensation for all of my efforts that were extremely out of my realm as a customer now I am faced with the unfortunate circumstances of them not sending out cancellation paperwork after trading in the motorcycle I no longer wanted after so much damage had been done to it claiming they had sent the paperwork out when they really didn't now being 6 months later I am being screwed out of proper prorated refunds everybody including internet and online avenues is dodging linking me with corporate office contact information nobody's being helpful the finance manager has lied to me twice about sending the paperwork out I'm still waiting for reimbursement these people are absolutely not professional non-caring and only money hungry I am appalled at the way they conduct business and would appreciate it if they made things right but I doubt they will for anybody they've done wrong for that matter unfortunately something needs to be done about these people in the way they conduct business!!!

Ridenow powersports is the most unscrupulous business. We spoke with sales in the Concord ** franchise twice about a 2023 dirt bike listed for $3300, my husband drove 2.5 hours to go get the bike and when he got there they said it was actually $7600. The *** is $4100 new and this bike was used with miles. We attempted to speak with the sales group multiple times and ended up leaving. The manager of this franchise is ***********************, who was unreachable by phone. He has a very suspicious blog link on his linkedin page, stog.com

BEWARE! BEWARE! RideNow Powersports On *** in ******,** Charged me for assembly/setup twice and will not refund my "DEALER ASSEMBLY/SETUP" money ($688.00)! On the **** OF SALE there is a line with a (*), that line says "Dealer Titling/Processing", ($599.95). That (*) refers to 2 sentences at the bottom of the **** OF SALE. That statement reads; *THESE CHARGES REPRESENT COSTS AND PROFITS TO THE DEALER FOR ITEMS SUCH AS UNPACKING, ASSEMBLY, SETUP, INSPECTION, CLEANING AND ADJUSTING THE ***** AND PREPARING DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE ****** Those 2 sentences describe what would be the same as "DEALER ASSEMBLY/SETUP", it says it word for word. The Sales Manager and General Manager claim those 2 charges have nothing to do with each other. Are kidding me, it says it word for word! "ASSEMBLY AND SETUP"! Do not fall for it!RideNow of *** simply says; "well that's how we have done it for years". I'm not sure you would want to admit that RideNow On *** has been pulling this off for years. In my opinion, how many customers have been double charged for ASSEMBLY AND SETUP. To try and make the problem and me go away they offered $300 off a $859 accessory. I don't think so!
