      I probably should have researched this company better before I walked through the door. They dont seem to have any idea or care what lousy customer service does for potential repeat customers. Hi spent over $900 on two pair of glasses and purchase the warranty. On one pair, the frame started falling apart within 2 months. I went back to where I purchased them, and they told me that the warranty (2 months after purchasing them) only covered 80% of the cost. I was responsible for the other 20% co-pay. When I asked why Nationwide Vision doesnt stand behind the product they sell, lady didnt know the definition of a warranty and restated thats why you buy the warranty. The frame for the pair of glasses literally came apart. I guess I need to come to terms with the new normal of let the buyer beware. Im not telling anyone what they should do, but if you choose Nationwide Vision, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
