    If I could put less than one star I would. What a shady excuse for a company. They never take care of any of your complaints about your rental and you can never get in contact with anyone. ***** office is just a front that no one is ever in, who the h*** are these people and does anyone actually work there? They need to be put out of business so they can't s**** anyone else over.

    I have applied for a residence at this location over a week ago. I have continued to apply every day since. I need a place for my family to live. Its holiday season and no one will contact me after 10 inquiries like what are we doing its still available per multiple websites. I NEED A PLACE TO LIVE ASAP.

    This business and the Landlord did not treat us fairly by keeping most of our rental deposit.The deposit was $2150. and they returned just under $500. I want this complaint the BBB to help me get the rest of my deposit back. The lies they told us about the condition we left the house in were amazing to say the least. The lies they made up about us not trimming the weeds, that they call landscaping were embellished beyond belief. I trimmed the weeds weekly so that we would not get a HOA violation.They lied and said they had to paint the base boards after one year. This house was painted before we moved in. We were two adults with no kids to mess up the walls or base boards.I look forward to the BBB and the local ******* court to helping us to get my deposit back.There is no way these made up charges are true.     Hello *****,Thank you for reaching out to me. I am sorry that you are displeased with your deposit disposition. Unfortunately, the decision of the security deposit disposition is the decision of the owner of the property and not the management company. Therefore, by ******* law, the owner is the one that is responsible for your deposit since they are the party that also received the deposit to cover the repairs necessary, not Firebird. Firebird is the Management company of the property and per your lease agreement your Lessor was the owner of the property, not Firebird. See paragraph 9 of your lease for further details. I cannot do anything about your deposit disposition. I am glad to see in a previous email that you wanted to continue renting this property and to extend your lease, leading me to believe that you were overall satisfied. Thank you - *****
