I am very pleased with the service from Elite Shutters and Blinds. I have a very hectic schedule, and Elite Shutters were very accomodating. Both ***** and the crew were very punctual, very efficient, very pleasant to work with. *****, my consultant was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in my process of choosing the right blinds. He also helped me cut costs when it was applicable. I sure appreciated that! The crew came in to install on the appointed date and time. One of the blinds was a little off measurement, but they took care of all the details and came back promptly with a replacement in three weeks.Its rare to find people with such superior professionalism these days. We are very pleased with how our shutters turned out for the front of our house. We had many different windows of various sizes and they all turned out wonderfully. They were a little over what I wanted to spend but this is proof that you get what you pay for, they are awesome. ****** was great helping me pick out the right size shutters and the right look, they look fantastic in our house. Thank you so much to ***** who installed them. We will be using them again to finish our home in the future.Elite Shutters & Blinds

Excellent from start to finish!From the initial consultation, through the selection process, the installation, and after-installation follow up, **** and his crew did an excellent job!In a society that seems to be slipping further and further away from industry/product knowledge experts and top-level customer service, I was pleasantly surprised that **** brought both of these to the table.On top of the quality service, communication, and knowledge, the pricing was in-line and in some cases better than the big box retailers.If you are in the market for new window treatments, I highly recommend this team for custom window coverings!Elite Shutters & Blinds

10 stars if I could! This is the second home that I have used Elite Shutters and Blinds. I worked with owner, ****, both times. ***** was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when he helped ** buy our sunshade (for the porch) and our blinds when we lived in *******. We have since moved to ************** and are now planning a move to *****. Each time, weve contacted ***** for product information because we loved our products so much we repeat them with each move.
