I had a great experience working with ***************** at Elite Shutters. As part of a full house remodel, I replaced all window coverings. ***** was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my vision and provided great products that matched that vision. More importantly, she made recommendations regarding design and installation options that I would never have thought of on my own. I know that these ideas created a final result that was even better than I imagined. I love all the products that I purchased from Elite Shutters and would highly recommend them for your window covering needs.

Elite Shutters & Blinds is a great place to do business. We used them 12 years ago when we first moved into our home & again this past Oct when we decided to purchase additional shutters. ****** was our sales person and it was such a wonderful experience to work with her. She was able to answer all my questions & made good suggestions when I needed her help. She followed up when needed & even returned my calls while she was on vacation, which could have waited till she returned. I would work with her again in a heartbeat! I had a great experience with Elite shutters. I obtained three quotes from different vendors and requested a second visit from ****, our salesperson (and owner) who kindly returned to answer follow-up questions. I then visited a showroom and again had great customer service. I considered this purchase a pretty significant investment in my home and **** really seemed to appreciate this and patiently answered a barrage of questions. His quote stood out for being easy to understand with no gimmicks which it seems are common in this industry. He had great suggestions based on popular brands/products and his experience. He knew his products very well. My order arrived ahead of time and his install and scheduling teams were great to work with. I also feel like Elite offers great value having shopped around extensively. Highly recommend!Elite Shutters & Blinds

Elite shutters and blinds is the way to go! The entire team is amazing, professional, and have great expertise. ***** came out, took measurements for our new build home, took his time and the entire process was seamless from there. We got the best shutters in the neighborhood and great blinds as well. Highly recommend. Great products, great install, good quality service. ***** called throughout the entire process and made sure we were well taken care of each step. First of all, I would like to thank our Salesman ***** for taking great care of us from the time he visited our home with his presentation until completion. The shutters were ordered in late August and were received earlier than expected.,The installer **** was professional and did an amazing job on the installation. We have 3 more windows that we will be ordering in the near future., We are so happy that we made the right choice for selecting Elite Shutters. Also i would like to mention that we had Elite Shutters installed in our last home and again was totally satisfied. Over the last four years, I have replaced my blinds with shutters. This year I replaced a regular vertical for my slider with a Normal Smartdrape. I love it! It dresses up my eating area and allows us to enjoy the trees and flowers in the yard. At night there is compete privacy. My dog loves that he can walk through the drape and Smartdrape is easy to clean. ****** has made great suggestions and is always so helpful.
