  We had a rather unfortunate time with Elevation. During the project, there were numerous delays that took quite some time and constant calls to get status on, only to learn from our own electric company that many of the steps that needed to be taken, had not been. When we finally got to a point where we may be able to install, and had a problem financially as a family that meant we needed to cancel.While this was a painless process that they understood, they decided to charge us the cancelation fee twice; Once for the panels and once for the battery. This was not at all discussed, as the project was told to us to be a single project, but with separate work orders for the different parts. I have since reached out to resolve this, or speak to someone on the matter by both phone and email, but have received no further communication from them.

  ***** was exceptional and was able to come up with a solution for The Curb installation on our system. He is very detail oriented and does very neat work! He is a definite asset to to Elevation solar.

  Avoid this company. contract was signed and waiting for permits on November 2021. Giving me the installation date of February 2022. That was not correct, permits were not correct and missed out on work because no one showed up or call me stating that they will not be installing the system. Come again March 2022 same thing was suppose to be installed but no show, no call and nothing, Again same issue, awaiting permits. Nothing till June 2022, come to find out no permits were submitted to correct the battery at the same time they blamed me for the loan expiring. I take care of the loan issue, all resolved but again waiting. from July 2022 to November 2022, I come to find out from somewhere that the panels i wanted are being discontinued, i call my sales rep. to make sure it isn't a issue. He calls the company and they state "no we have the inventory for what we put on the planning.". I am okay, then more waiting. Come to December 5, 2022, i get a call stating tomorrow December 6, 2022 i will have my system installed. i also ask if my loans are okay, the company's liaison states everything is in order. now Come to December 6, 2022, No call, no show, call the company liaison, he stated that the loan in deed expire, and your sales rep is suppose to contact you in regards to it. come to find out the loan was fine after i contacted my sales rep, he stated the true issue. there was no inventory, and they could not install what they have in stock. So it has been more than 1 year since i signed this contract. now because of the contract is now the same for the company's mess up i have to pay 15k more because of this and the company has not given me any compensation for the problem they have caused me. The only way they are willing to do so is i sign the new agreed terms of pricing. How can something that has been very patient for the last 1 year and 2 months sign up again and pay for the company's mess up? only person was the sales rep that apologized and its not his fault.

  Elevation had great communication and took care of everything. They really worked to make the process easy. From HOA reviews, permitting, and power company coordination, they were always on top of it and provided updates along the way. I would definitely use Elevation again.
