      Although we were greatly disappointed with the initial install appointment, today the technicians ************** were excellent. They offered advance communication leading up to their arrival and immediately got to work. They were both quick and efficient with their time. ***** and **** cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing behind except our new microwave. I would say todays appointment deserves 5 stars but the headache and blow off during the first attempt (almost 2 weeks ago) was quite frustrating. I guess next I will just insist on having the ************ duo only. Thank you to you both.

      **** our sales associate was extremely impressive. **** knew anything and everything about appliances and steered us in the right direction in terms of size and type of machine needed to fit our needs. I wanted to do business with the store just because of **** alone, but the order and delivery process was just as amazing. I highly recommend this place! We love our Electrolux washer and dryer !!
