      Very positive experience all around! Sales was knowledgeable about the dishwasher, and helpful to get immediate delivery the next day. Installer was very prompt, showed up at the designated time, removed our old one, made a perfect installation of the new one, gave us instructions on how to operate the new one. Could not have been better!!!

      First of all, big thanks to ***** at the ********** store in *******. He spent time with ** in selecting our refrigerator and was very helpful to us. From there the communication regarding delivery was outstanding. The delivery went well, and care was given to install the new Fridge. We were very pleased. This was our first purchase with ********* but it won't be our last.

      Actually would like to rate 4.5. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great deal on fridge and gas stove. Installer was knowledgeable and did a great install. Just 2 things kept me from a 5 star rating: The installer apparently pushed the wrong button and I basically had no warning they we on the way. First message was they were 15 minutes out and simultaneously the next message said they were at my house as I was out walking the dogs. A call to the store and they called the installer and he was 5 minutes out. Not much forewarning, but it worked out. 2nd thing is that I did not know the refrigerator was to stand empty 24 hours before refilling it. Wish we had been told beforehand. But still loved the sales a install personnel and will certainly do business with ********* again.

      ****** was a good sales person. He helped us pick out what we needed and helped with our rebate! ****** showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing our appliances. He was very respectful and cleaned up everything after he was done!Also, ***** kept ** informed of where he was and how long before he showed up at our house.All in all we were very satisfied with Spencers.

      Great communication. Installers had to remove front door and security screen door and replaced them very carefully and made sure everything was just like before.
      Friendly staff and salesman showed us great points to help make final selection.

      We used to rave about Spencers when we lived in Ahwatukee. After moving to a condo on ***** we dealt with Spencers on *************** and are so very disappointed in their customer service and that of their warranty company. We will never again deal with Spencers. We have replaced our refrigerator three times and have been unable to achieve warranty satisfaction on the last Frigidaire refrigerator. *********** and a run-around is all we get... Sign me "Fed Up!"

      My score is a 5! Our installer, ****** was amazing to work with, has a kind personality, does top notch work, is extremely clean-up oriented. Explains and demonstrates features of each appliance and answers any questions. You've got a Diamond employee in ******!!! Our Sales person, ****, did a great job walking us through the appliances and helping us decide on our final choices. He made Closing the contracts a breeze as well as getting our installation done quickly.
