      My experience with this store in particular was great. ******* what's my sales *** in did a great job with selling me a very nice washer. He was very patient during my visit there and explained all the features of all the different models. I finally selected my final model and the delivery was awesome they were here early and it was installed within 20 minutes or less including dropping it off and changing out my old washer.

      So far so good,hopefully the washer will last at least 5yrs, because usually the appliances break after 5yrs of using it. That's the reason we didn't buy an extended warranty. Hoping for the best!!! Thank you!!

      The whole purchase experience was great when I bought my ** refrigerator great deal good professional help , salesman was great , and delivery guys where awesome overall would recommend Spensers first time buyer here will be repeat customer now . Quality items and good prices and good customer service help .

      I purchased an Amana Washer back in April 2025. I paid for the delivery and was told they would install my machine. The delivery was fine, however when the delivery person was finished, I noticed he didn't install the new hose. When I asked about this he mentioned "we don't install those if there's already a hose." I asked then what is the purpose of the new hose that came with washer? He said he's not sure but thats company policy. I then contacted the store and spoke with a manger and they repeated the same thing as the delivery person said.I've never in my years of buying appliances have had this much difficulty with a basic installation! My suggestion for everyone is when buying an appliance, to ask what all comes with delivery and stated "installation ". I will never buy another appliances from Spencers!

      Great selection, competitive pricing, installers for multiple appliances have been friendly and competent. I have been ordering from ********* here in ******* instead of the major home improvement stores because of their pricing and overall service and selections.

      The service man who delivered my appliances was very professional. He called to tell what time he would be here and he was actually early. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure each appliance worked. I would definitely recommend Spencers again.

      We have used ********* multiple times now and have found the sales staff to be direct and give factual information about the products rather than just saying anything to get a sale. Their delivery and installation services have been quick and good experiences as well. They have earned our business.

      ****** was knowledgeable and helpful- excellent experience. Delivery team was good at their job and careful with our new dishwasher and range. Would highly recommend!!

      I purchased a new ******************* cooktop in Oct. 2024. It was installed by **************** contract installers. I had to pay $300 extra to them for installation due to modifications being made to the countertop for the new stove to fit. The new stove was then installed with a 1/4 inch gap at the top of the stove. I contacted ********* and told them this was not right and needed to be fixed. I was told it would be fixed. It was not and the ********* *** stopped communicating with me. I continued to contact him Dec-Feb. and was told it would be fixed. It was never fixed. I disputed the charge to ********* as I told them I would if they did not fix the mistake or return the cooktop. I have records of all communications with Spencers. ********* did not respond to my charge dispute either and I was awarded my money back. Spencers then decided to try to collect the money with a collection agency. I told them to come take the cooktop back. They are now removing the cooktop. This experience has been a 6 month nightmare. I was a longtime customer and bought several *********************** from *******. I will NEVER used ******* again and I would highly discourage anyone from using *******.
