      The delivery guy was named ***** and he was friendly, nice and explained everything about my dishwasher as well as the water tubing connected to the disposal. I am very happy about the process including the texts and emails about the delivery time.

      We were able to figure out exactly what we wanted on ********* website and visit the store to see the actual appliances. The sales person was even able to get us more discounts via rebates than expected. The delivery occurred within 2 days of purchase and installation was fast and smooth.

      We bought a $10K 48" built-in GE refrigerator from Spencer's TV and Appliance. They said they could install it in three days, but the installation crew said the cabinet opening was too large and that they would need to make a custom wooden scribe to cover the gaps. They wanted to leave the gigantic refrigerator box at our house; we shoved our dining room table out of the way and supplied a padded moving blanket, at their request, to protect the floor. The installation was rescheduled for either 7 days (best case) or 14 days (worst case) from the purchase date.Those dates passed with no action. Upon calling, we were given a new installation date 17 days from purchase. The night before that date, we were notified of a scheduling error; the installation was further delayed to 21 days after the purchase. After hearing nothing on that date, another call revealed that the installation would again be delayed due to a scheduling error.The refrigerator was finally installed 24 days after purchase. It fit in the cabinet opening with no gaps: the custom scribe was unnecessary and never used. The installers shredded our padded moving blanket. After the third installation deadline was missed, the installation manager called to apologize and pledged that, because of all of their mistakes, we would not be charged the $275 for installation/haul-away.Trying to recover the $275 (or the blanket cost) proved impossible. Our salesman only returned calls after several days and said we were not entitled to any refund. On our last call, he said he would "see what he could do" and call back the next week. He never did. We sent an email detailing our experience to the store manager. That email got no response.The customer service we received from ********************** was among the worst we've experienced from a retailer. It was surprising to us that after a $10K purchase, they were so inconsiderate of the inconveniences we faced after the sale.

      Terrible service and deceptive sales practices. Purchased a washer from them that broke down after a year and a half. I called to let them know that they sold me a defective product, and I was pretty much told to go s**** myself. The representative at the store advised, rudely, that because I didn't purchase an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. The individual also communicated to me that the washer we purchased is only meant to last 3-4 years, which is mindblowing, and it didn't even last us two years. When I asked why this wasn't the expectation we were given when we purchased it, he backed his sales guy, touting how he's the 2nd best warranty sales person at the store. This guy was condescending throughout most of the conversation and even solicited me to purchase a different washing machine during the conversation. The audacity of this person was unbelievable, and my personal answer is a firm no. I want to share my experience to help others when looking for appliances: they will sell you a defective product without even thinking twice and tell you well, that ***** you should have bought our extended warranty but good luck, when you let them know the product is defective. Stay away from this one.

      Crappy experience! They sold me a lemon refrigerator. Compressor failure after owning for 8 months and no support! Will never buy from Spencers again!

      I bought my microwave on Friday night and it was delivered at 7 am Saturday morning. It took them a total of 6 minutes to install. What more can I say but WOW!! Great experience and great prices. Bought a washer and dryer from Spencers last year and it was the same awesome experience. Will definitely go to them for all my appliance needs!!

      The company communicated regularly and were flexible with my delivery time. The delivery person was kind, fast, and did not leave a mess for us to clean. We would highly recommend Spencers to anyone needing a new appliance!

      ******* Appliances was amazing from the very start to finish on our kitchen renovation. We bought all new appliances and they were able to store them until we were ready for them. The sales team ( ******* is amazing) and ***** the installer answered our calls and questions every step of the way!
