    I ordered one bottle of a skin tag removal serum. It was supposed to cost $69.95 unless I ordered three bottles, in which case the price was greatly reduced. I did NOT want three bottles as I was unsure of the efficacy of this product so I ordered one bottle. To date I have received three bottles of the product (no contact information is included in the packaging) and have been charged $69.95 EACH time it has been delivered. I just called the company and they said I had a subscription to the product. I told them to cancel it immediately as that was not what I had purchased. I would like a refund of at least $139.90. I would be happy to return the unused / unopened product. This is an unacceptable business practice.

    2/18/23 Orange wellness advertisement stated CBD gummies for pain at 39$ for 5 bottles after I submitted my cc and ordered the confirmation stated 199$ would be charged to my card. I contacted customer service and told them the ad was deceiving and I wanted 100% refund. **************** rep talked to manager and wanted to reduce the cost by 50% @ 100$ I asked for 100% refund again and customer service said we can't do that, what they would do is send the product out and if in 60 days I wasn't satisfied I could send the balance of the product back and they would in turn send me a 100% refund. A little sceptical needless to say

    I ordered one bottle of their product, SkinCell. Price was $36.95 I was never given an invoice.I tried to repeatedly get the invoice.I checked my credit card and was charged $199.00.Called customer service to cancel and tried to reach them on their website. No response.Called my credit card company and told them not to pay. Of course they did. Now I have to wait to get my money back.Total Scam.

    I purchased a product on line. Then after I enter my info the page kept asking if I wanted a special bonus package. I kept hitting no ( at least 3 offers popped up ) then all of the sudden it said that my credit card was charged $199.00. I never approved the final cost. I had no clue what and how they were charging so much. I contacted them in under 5minutes to cancel this order. I explained that I didnt approve of the cost. 1st they said no cancellation then then agreed to a 80% refund and told me to keep the products. After 30 minutes of arguing they said that I would get a full refund when I paid and sent the product back. Again, they charged me an outrageous amount without my consent or even understanding or knowing the crazy price.

    I purchased from Amarose Skin Tag Remover today. Add said $59.99 less 45% if you purchase 2 and get third bottle free plus free shipping. I was charged $179.99. Immediately after purchase my bank called me regarding fraud. I called company but recording said to call during business hours which I was. Recording advised to go online to chat at which time chat asks for a $1.00 payment and a charge card number. I now see many others have complaints with BBB concerning same. I do not want Amarose to send product or charge my account.

    In November, 2022 I order one bottle for $39.95, received 5 and was charged $200.00. I contacted them thru email and was given a cancellation number with a form to mail the products back, which I did. As of 12/28/22 I have not received a refund. I contacted customer support and was told too bad, so sad because I didn't provide them with a tracking number. NOTHING they gave me said a tracking number was REQUIRED. I sent product back with their form thru the regular mail. I'm pretty sure they would not have given me a refund even if I walked up to their front door with their worthless c***

    09/26/2022 I thought I was buying 1 skin tag remover for ***** plus a free one then I was billed for ****** and they refused to cancel the order.
