    This company is a SCAM. I placed an order in February, 2023. They have me on an auto refill every month at approximately $70. I have messaged twice with no response. The phone number provided directs you to a customer service representative but then disconnects. There should be a place to rate them at minus stars. The only was to leave a review is to select at least one star which they do not deserve. DO NOT get scammed by this company.

    I returned my last shipment for a refund, however, I have not seen the credit on my card yet. The product was returned on March 11, 2023, it was picked up in ** on March 14, 2023 and no credit has been processed yet.I was also charged for a shipment that I never received.Terrible company practices. Stay away from them at all costs!Actual rating is 1/4 of a star or no star at all.

    I give Zero star bad customer service never refund my money. This is a scam. Don't use for nothing. Don't risk your money.

    Stay away. The product has no value They sign you up as an automatic reorder without you knowing. Then you cant call the number It never cinnects

    Do not buy products! I order was placed by my child without my approval. I saw it on my back notification and almost 2 minutes after the order was made I contacted them to cancel. They refused to cancel my order. I sent them a picture of their refund fund policy and it stated that orders can be canceled prior to shipping. They basically said my excuse for a refund was not reason for cancelation but I can request a refund when it ship is to me. Why? It hasnt shipped? Now I have to wait two days for it to ship (weekend) and then request refund, pay the shipping back to them they they review to see if I get a refund! What a scam!

    Totally FALSE advertising of a free to try product and then the weird charge story...Pretty much same story as those leaving reviews below. Though I thought I was getting a free bottle so I decided to buy 1 bottle at $39.99. They charged $39.99 and $199.99 for an additional 5 bottles I did not want nor did I order. I, immediately, after ordering called the company customer service. Customer support rep was rude though I was able to get the 1 bottle charge of $39.99 refunded immediately which never appeared on my credit card. And I was told I could not get the $199.99 refunded immediately b/c my credit card had been charged. That was not true. How can you refund the $39.99 immediately and then not the $199.99? Just weird and scam like. Took over 8 hours for credit card to be charged. I was told I needed an ***; to receive the product; then return product at my cost to get the $199.99 credit back to my credit card. I received the order confirmation and, luckily, the *** via email about 8 hours after contact with customer service. Product did arrive and I have returned. I am awaiting the $199.99 credit to my credit card.

    A scam. Advertised one price and then charged a higher price. Charge $199 when it should have been $120. Sent a notice to *** saying preparing for shipping but then never sent product. I used the chat feature as phone line was not working and was told product on its way. I said no it wasn't and asked for a refund. I did receive the refund, but glad I kept all the information or I would have never know how to reach them. Don't buy from them.

    Oranga Wellness is a scam. After reading the other reviews, I see that I was scammed exactly like everyone else...ordered one bottle for @39.00 and got charged for 5 bottles for $199.00...called 5 minutes after ordering and they refused to cancel or give my money back. I am about to call my bank and see if I can do something about it.

    This does appear to be a scam operation as others report. They were unclear on the ordering, overcharged the $199 and order was not received after a month. Tried to reach customer service as there is no **** tracking on the item as they indicated and **** still waiting to be received for shipping. No response, just left hanging.

    This appears to be a scam operation run by one or two individuals from **********, ********, or *****. The website is intentionally confusing and deceptive and you cannot place an order without being overcharged.I'm ashamed to admit that I fell for this, as I am an insurance fraud investigator by trade. After refunding part of my order costs (all sorts of red flags during that phone conversation), they sent me a notice stating that the product was shipped. That was 14 days ago and the package still has not even made it to the ***** I'm assuming the product will never arrive and that the emailed notice was simply a delay tactic to hold onto my money. I'm going to file a complaint with my bank and also with whatever state agency in ******* I need to file with as well as the *****************.
