My mother was looking for a window covering or sun screen for her street facing window. She contacted several licensed contractors. One of the "contractors" that goes by the name of ****, I believe, came to the house at ******************. to give us an estimate. The written estimate was for $180.00 plus $16.20 tax. That was for the front window only. We inquired about the cost of replacing a sliding screen door as well, but it was too much. The contractor said that we need a card number for a deposit. I gave the contractor my debit card number. This was supposed to be a gift for my mom in assisting to care for me as a 100% service-connected disabled combat veteran. This was on 13 Oct. 2022. I saw a charge for $468.74 from "All Pro Sunscreens" on my debit card on Saturday. I immediately cancel my debit card, and contacted All Pro Sunscreens. The owner of that company informed me that he has been in litigation against CC Sunscreens for years and has a current injunction prohibiting CC Sunscreens from affiliating themselves, or representing themselves as All Pro Sunscreens. When I called CC Sunscreens and cancelled the contract as they overcharged me and the fact that they misrepresented themselves as All Pro Sunscreens, "****" told me to F*** Off, and file a dispute with my credit card company. He "already destroyed the contract". The contractor has refused to provide a refund as there were no services or products rendered, and the contractor overcharged per the original contract as well, and the contractor is representing themselves as All Pro Sunscreens which is a valid contractor in *******.I expect a full refund of $468.74 I am a severely disabled combat veteran on a fixed income. The refusal of the fraudulent charges has greatly impacted my ability to pay bills on time, thus effecting my credit as well.

Contractors need a way to  cancel people from producing false complaints. Yes i did go and give these people a quote and they placed an order. while i was there they asked for a  price on a door as well, the mother said it was to much for the door and i said ok, the son then kinda hollared at his mom to go back inside the house he was handling the estimate. at this time the son said can you quote the west side of the home I said sure.then the mom came back out and said yes they want the door i i put it on the invoice after measuring it. again the son says mom go back inside , she did. the son and i sit down outside made small talk and i got his information and he said put it on the card and he wanted to pay in advance in full. then the mom came back out and said cancel the door again so i crossed out the door.

fast forward  to the next day I get a call from mom saying she wants a new invoice I say why she said its not signed. I told her yes it is and it was. then she said she wants a new invoice that's not messy  I said it just shows the door crossed out not a big deal. she says again she still wants a new invoice I told her i really didn't want to drive 150 miles round trip to give her a new invoice that would look the same as the original just no door crossed out on the invoice. she said cancel the order i was surprised but no big deal just a waste of time .... it happens. I've been in this business over 30 years now and I've seen it all. I would never tell an old lady f... you no matter what so that's their lie. their money has been refunded so there was no reason for this complaint. they got their money back and now I have a complaint on file from a couple of idiots.
