    They were really good at staying in contact and keeping us updated. There were hiccups along the way, and they were upfront and honest and always came back to make sure everything was right. They are ethical, good people, and the quality of the work is exactly what we wanted and expected.

    Customer driven personable reputable dependable and strives for perfection. I have used CC sunscreens twice now. Quote and install was timely. I am very happy with the final product. Both **** and ** have been a real pleasure to deal with. I have had a great experience all the way around! Being a family-owned business, the personal touch was nice. And I am confident they will stand behind their work should there be any issues / concerns down the road. If youre looking for a reputable satisfaction driven company, look no further. Im glad I selected CC Sunscreens for my sunscreen needs! I rate them 5 stars all the way around.

    They did a great job! Measured twice and all the screens fit perfectly. I asked for additional fasteners for one screen and they came right out and fixed it. Very pleased with the results.

    I have to say that my experience with **************** was quick and very professional, showed up on time and immediately took measurement and gave me a very reasonable quote. We set up an install date and his son came out and did the job quickly and he was very professional as well. The product fit well and the install looks great.     Very competitive price and prompt delivery of our screens. The installation was also done very well. We would definitely recommend this company to others. Im not sure about the other reviewers but we certainly had no issues with the company or the installation process.

    If I could give -5 stars I would. This company is highly unprofessional. They are very responsive and nice when it comes to customer acquisition, then after the job is done, they ghost you. First it took them months to get me a quote, then lost the quote and had to come back again to measure. Then they did not show up for the install date promised, not a single phone call to warn me. I had to call to find out what was going on. Then when they finally came to install the screens, they had the wrong sizes. They had to come back 4 different times to finish the job. A couple of the screens are not even tight. They collected payment and never provided me with a paid in full invoice once the job was done. They where supposed to submit the rebate for to SRP and NEVER did! They stopped answering my calls, emails, or text messages. I called SRP and they told me that there is a 6 month deadline to submit the form and they need the final invoice. So now I lost all that money as well because they did not do what they are supposed to do.Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company as much as possible. They only want to take your money and don't care about quality or professionalism.

    Overall, I am pleased with my purchase of the sunscreen as well as the cost associated with the purchase. However, the pain point that I have been experiencing as of late, is the screen has broken only a year after having been built, and now after numerous calls and emails to the company requesting they come and fix the broken pieces that are under warranty, I am getting absolutely no response or follow up. I have been completely ghosted. I may have to hire another company to fix the work.
