By far one of the worst companies in flagstaff! They've towed my vehicle twice when I had a parking pass. I contacted this company and the female owner answered the phone. She was immediately hostile and talked over me shouting. She then literally screamed in the phone like an angry toddler and hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. When I called back she again continued to yell at me and told me to come to the shop and she would "take care of this and deal with me face to face". Maybe I should press charges for threats. Yikes!

Just like the other reviews, JARR Towing is acting with unlimited power doing whatever they want with impunity. There should be a better way to refute their unbridled actions. They hold cars captive until they get paid with no legal recourse for their victims. This is unacceptable. They put a boot on my daughters car and were getting ready to tow it when she came out of her apartment. She was legally parked, at her place of residence. She was forced to pay $200.00 on the spot to get the boot removed. The city needs to look into this company.

Worse than 1. Zero. TERRIBLE. RUDE. DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for illegally towing my son's car. Unprofessional. Cannot believe apartment complexes would hire this company.

This company is rude and predatory and has no regards for customer service. They should not be in business and I wish there is more I could do than write reviews and warn people of their awful services. JARR is truly a scam and such a bad name for tow companies.

Unfortunately with the nature of our business being parking enforcement and repossessions, very few people like us. I do encourage anyone to contact the companies we are contracted with to get a better picture of how we do business than the opinion of one person who broke the parking rules and was impounded because of it.
