      amongst the poor online ****** review I also experienced poor service from this company . They at first gave me what k thought was a great deal , until I realized my phone which I had them repair couldnt make outgoing or incoming calls and the facial recognition no longer worked . My other phone they didnt completely repair and had to return to store and request them fix one of the two which they did but then the fingerprint sensor no longer worked and argued with me saying I broke it when I knew for a fact the day prior it worked fine . They then switched out the sensor for another one from my other phone and threw away the original sensor and didnt return my phone . Had to go back again for my phone which now had no fingerprint sensor at all and was yelled at to leave and they wouldnt repair my phone cause Im responsible for the fact I broke it when!? Thats their job is cellphone repair right ? While I was there more customers also had problems with their phones safety features no longer working . Somethings not right with this business not to mention theyre not even bbb certified and their fixing peoples very personal devices and returning them without the privacy and security features working . Id look into that
