      I had an awful experience with this place go somewhere else. My tablet was paid to be fixed in advance (******), the wrong screen was ordered. I asked is that the right screen before I left and before I paid. He never opened it or looked at it but said its the right screen. The next day it was promised to be fixed. I called first and was told it was not rhe right screen I need to wait an additional two or three days for a new screen to be ordered and replaced. I went to the store the day of the suppose to be delivery of the new screen he had not sent it out yet. I said in the future take the tablet out of the box. He said its Monday I dont need this s*** I can put it back together and give you a refund. I could have just gone somewhere else. The attitude with how the oversight was taken was disrespectful. When I said no I would like the tablet fixed because that is what I paid for. I was then told to get out of the store I am calling the police. When I asked for my tablet back in its condition, he called me all kinds of black n***** b****** and refused to give me back my tablet or a refund. I had to wait outside until the police came, the police barely listened to what I had to say. They went inside talked to him and came back outside to say, you are not allowed back into the store. The police handed me back my tablet. I fixed the problem with why it wouldn't come on by watching a you tube video. Opening it up and tightening all the wires, upon closing it the screen cracked. I really should have just left it because it was only slightly open. I wanted to return it to my grandson by a certain date, but when he never ordered the correct screen and I had to wait three more days instead of the 1 hour time promised. It would be nearly impossible to ship it in time even overnight. I found another place a 2 hour drive away in *********, that had exceptional customer service. Kingman AZ ***** for almost all service especially if you are African American and female.

      On 3/31/25 I brought my laptop in to have the shattered screen replaced. They told me that they required a $65 deposit that would later be taken off the repair cost and I should hear from them that day on the repair cost price. I did not hear from them and walked in 4/1 to find they had taken down my phone number wrong, and was given the repair price and corrected my phone number. On 4/8 I received my laptop and discovered that they put the deposit BACK onto the cost before taking it off when I looked at the receipt, which means it did not actually come off the cost of the repair. I got home and I checked my webcam to find it had been installed incorrectly being off center and took it back, they informed me that they had broken the bracket when installing the screen and would replace it as well as give me compensation when the repair was complete. On 4/16 I received a call that the part had come in and when they tried to install it the backing plate of my screen had been damaged "when I dropped the laptop", they would still replace it for free as "they should have noticed it initially" and that they would have to order THAT part in, going back on the previous statement that I have on video saying they are at fault. I took the laptop with me while waiting for the backing plate. On 4/28 I received a call saying that the backing plate was back ordered by over six months and they recommended instead of repairing my computer I should buy a completely new computer FROM THEM, with the cost I already put toward the repair taken off. I told him that I would not be doing that and would like money refunded for the improper repair. He said he would have to talk to his manager and get back to me, I responded that he should. I have not heard back from anyone at the store since. At this point the backing plate on my computer is still loose and has scratches in it from being pried off multiple times, and I have no working webcam or mic.

      There is a new cell phone repair store in ***************************************. I brought my iPhone 13 into their shop and asked to have a new battery installed. They charged me $65 and told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I got back they wanted another $77.29 in order to get my phone back. The total charge to replace the battery on an iPhone 13 was $142.29. I told them that was insane. They told me they price match. I showed them that Best Buy does it for $52 and ***** does it for $69. They said they only match prices from the same town. There are no other phone repair businesses in **************. When I asked them to put back my old battery and refund me, they said they would have to charge me a $52 diagnostic fee. What diagnostics? I walked in and told them what I wanted, but they didnt do any diagnostics.And after all that they dont even use ***** Certified batteries, so my phone gives me an error when I access the battery and this "new" battery doesn't hold a charge any better than the one that was replaced. So now I sit with a $142 cost for a battery that's as bad or worse than the original and makes my phone send me error messages.Dont use this company. They are bad news!!!PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE IN ************** AS YOU CAN - SO THEY DON'T GET SWINDLED LIKE I DID.
