  I have been doing business with AOA for four years now. Their customer service is great and they have stood behind their products. I have had warranty issues with several of the products I have purchased. In every instance AOA has been great. No hesitations. No excuses. Communication has been good. Service has been prompt. There is no better resource for sales, service and repair. They stand behind their products and handle problems professionally. I highly reccommend AOA.

  I ordered an air gun. It took them 5 days to even ship it. When I did receive it. It was defective. When I contacted them I was told I was responsible for return shipping. It cost me $60.00 to return this air gun. They should have Covered return shipping on a defective item. So much for supporting arizona business.

  We are sorry you feel this way. We offered to do an exchange for no charge to you. When you decided you wanted to do a return for full refund, we refered you to the terms of our return policy which states that you would be responsible for shipping it back to us. We had already paid for the free shipping to you, and we were giving you a 100% refund. Alternatively, we were offering to exchange the product you were claiming defective for no charge to you. We try to accomodate our customers, but we can not take a loss because a customer changes their mind on a purchase.

  Their products are good and the prices are fair but their shipping rates are out of this world. I can pay a slightly higher price on **** or Amazon and still get it much, much cheaper then here.

  We are sorry to see your 2 star review. Without knowing what product and where it was going we cannot look into the issue. It is unfortunate that you would leave us a low rating instead of simply ordering elsewhere if you can get better shipping. Location and dimensions play a big part in how *** calculates their shipping charges and we have no control over this. We do believe that our customer service, knowledge and expertise exceed anything you will experience with Amazon or **** purchases. Best of luck.   I gave you a low rating because I wanted to let others know your shipping charges are outrageous. As far as why didn't I purchase elsewhere, I did. Here is an example of your charges.I randomly selected a pack of Copperhead BBs that cost $2.75 and weight 4 oz. You wanted $21.53 shipping, I checked with **** Priority Mail and it would cost me $2.85 to ship the same item to you. Let me also add ********* Amazon and **** and mostly get free shipping but when I pay shipping it is 71% less then yours.

  I've been doing business with AOA for at least a dozen or so years and have never been dissatisfied with even one experience. I've spent thousands of dollars and purchased rifles, pistols, scopes, and a high-quality compressor from them as well as accessories, and I've never had to return a single product for any reason. Their shipping is protective of whatever your purchase with double boxing for rifles and tightly taped bubble wrap for most everything else. Absolutely no damage ever due to packaging in shipping! Their used gun selection is very often rated in conditions that are far better than described and sometimes include "new old stock" at substantial discounts. I've purchased airgun products at nearly all of the online dealers, and still do, but I always come back to AOA for the highest quality airguns at fair and honest prices!
