    2021 my car went in for engine rebuilt and supercharger put in. 2 years later they finally got it finish.2023 my car went back in for warrant work for motor, head gasket defected. Year later got the car back. I call them back to tell them about bumper was damage while car was on ther property for 3years. And I told them there was strong smell of gas coming from engine compartment. They never told me to bring they car back to inspect it. Then while I was driving, the engine compartment caught on fire. Now my insurance has total my car. The business tells me that they have done nothing wrong. So now my car is total.

    So let start with customer wanted use to install a new motor and a supercharger on his car. This car didn't come with a supercharger so he was adding that for more horse power. The car was tuned with an aftermarket programmer and needed to tuned more. We gave the customer to a number of a guy to get the tune done. HE never did that.

    After he picked up the car he called Marzocchi's a week or so later and told us that his rear bumper had been damaged. I told him that we would take care of it but I don't think it was done here because we hand washed the car before it left here. So I asked my guy who washed it and he says he didn't remember. So instead of making a big deal of it I was getting him a bumper.

     Then a couple weeks later he called and he said it smelled like the car was running lean and I asked him did you get the car tuned yet he said NO.  I told him he could bring it in any time and we could look over the car. 

    The customer drove the car from are shop to his house which is I think about 50 mile and told me he drove it on the weekends. We have nothing to do with what happened to his car. If he thought he had a problem with the tune like We talked about or was smelling something. Its negligence on his part for not getting it tuned or getting it back here to look at.

    the shop never ask me to bring the car back for fuel smell and would wait another year or more to get it done.  Besides the car was park in garage ever since I got it back and drove to get data for tuner.  My wife can tell you that it was park in garage.

    And for bumper, there was no way I would have brought my car there and not know about the damage.  Yes,  they offer too replace bumper.  So I gave them 2 weeks or longer and when I call them about replacement bumper, they would give me an excuse. 

    Just like my car that took god for saken 3 years to get done.  I was really patience with them for those 3 years, if it was anyone else they would have tow the car away and take somewhere else.

    When you called me you never said the car smelled like gas. You said the car smelled like it was running rich. That's when I asked you if  you got the car tuned and you said no. You also told me you drive it back and fourth into town and that's how you know its running rich.  I also did say you can bring the car in anytime to look at once you got the tune.

    We also talked about the bumper and I asked you if we get a new one do you want it painted and you said we will talk about that later.

    I did indeed told you the whole car smell like gas the day i drove the car home.  And tuner told me that it was running 30% to 40% instead of normal 4% to 10% lean.  After you guys made me wait for freaking 3 years and thousands of dollar, my patience has ran out.  

    Also, I told you I don't care about your shop painting the bumper, just get me a new bumper.  I gave you 2 weeks and you still couldn't get that too me.
