    This will be a novel once Im done. I have never experienced such lack of integrity from the employees of this establishment. So Ive had to come to this and report on this platform. I brought my 2013 Passat in on December 14th 2023 for squeaky brakes and my heater not blowing hot air to full capacity. They supposedly fixed the heater core which my warranty company *********** recommended and paid for but charged me $700 for brakes and rotors. On May 18th 2024 my car started to over heat. I had coolant in it but due to a faulty heater core from Marzocchi Imports or them not replacing it at all, it leaked out when I brought it to them. Also prior to this my brakes were sounding as if they were grinding and I let **** know this he said to bring it in. He then sprayed them with wd-40, and said if they continue then to bring it back and theyd replace them because they were under warranty. **** called after having my car for 5 days and said that my head gasket was warped and my engine was bad so I would need to replace it and that he was going to let Silver Rock know of this. He said that the engine failed the test. Claimed he was and had to take my engine apart to see why my head gasket was warped but I told him to put my car back together and that I would have it towed. He claimed he wouldnt be able to put it back together until the next day because it wasnt drivable, but I insisted that they do because I was sending my tow company to come. I got it towed to ***** ***** ********** that same day and they did an engine block test, it passed! Also the heater core that Marzocchi put in was bad, my control arms were put on backwards, my brakes werent any good either and a slew of other things. The motor mounts are bad as well. NEVER HAD ANY issues with my car until now. I am wanting my $700 back for the brakes and I will be filing a complaint with the ************************ as well. Also my brakes are costing $850 to fix now? WHY?? Even after they replaced them.
