Just wanted to shout out Nerd Power. **** was a gem. He got us solar at a decent price and held our hands thru the entire process. This was the first pleasant experience we have had with any company in a long time. Communication is key and **** nailed it

I worked at this company for a month. I was never paid a ***** for the time I worked there. My hour sheet showed fewer hours than what I actually worked, I drove the employees to the neighborhoods at my own expense. we'd be knocking on doors for hours under the heat of the sun, I got charged $365 as a "training fee" and deducted from my paycheck which I never received, my training was walking along with another inexperienced employee who started a few days before I did and a brief slideshow. if this company scams its employees it will definitely scam its customers,I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.

Hi ******, I looked up your information to make sure I had all of the details, because I take these issues seriously. We never scam employees or customers - those are very serious accusations. Firstly, the agreement you singed states that a training fee will be applied if you work for less than 90 days - we provided you with gear upfront at our expense and so if you choose not to continue to work for us, we try to recoup some of the expenses we incur in training and equipment you were provided. Our learning management system (the Dojo) has about 8 hours of training that we have customized for the Marketing Specialist role. You mentioned that you only watched one slide show, so it sounds like you skipped your dojo training - which probably would have helped you see more success if you had completed it. There are lots of resources we provide to aid in your success, but if you don't choose to utilize them, then your success may be limited as you experienced. You worked a total of ***** hours in the month you were with us. Those hours are based on the hours you yourself logged in the time tracking system...so if they are incorrect, then you should have alerted your manager to correct them for you. We paid you for the hours you worked less the training fee for a net total of $460 with is about $18/hr. I don't see where any of this qualifies as scamming you, but I understand that your expectation may have been different for this role and it was not likely a good fit for you. We wish you all the best in your next endeavors!
