      Appointment for repair scheduled right away and confirmation sent to us. Worker arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly.Work done without any hassle. Dryer was under warranty and there was no charge.Great service company

      Iger Mechanical was scheduled through Frigidaire to do a warranty on my 9-week-old freezer. Technician diagnosed a leak in the system. Since the refrigerant system on freezer is a closed loop system and not serviceable, the compressor, evaporator and dryer needed it be replaced. Took a couple of weeks to get the parts in. The compressor was damaged in the shipping process. Had to wait another week. Not Tiger's fault. Tech made the repair but unfortunately did not charge the system with enough refrigerant. Waited 3 days but freezer never reached proper temperature. Call Tiger Mechanical back and the got same tech out the next day to add more refrigerant to the system. Only problem when the tech left, he forgot to turn the freeze back on. I found this an hour later when I checked to see if freezer was operating.******* been working good so far.

      Awful company!!!!Customer service is non existent and way way over priced! They found a problem with my dishwasher and said everything else is great. I waited the time to get the part and had them install it. When they were here to install it they found it still didn't work properly (new technician)so they ordered another part and a few weeks later it was finally fixed. Then they came at me with a much higher price. Basically I would have saved money buying the exact same dishwasher new from Lowes. Complete rip off and they take forever to service you. Do no use this company you will regret it!!!!!

      The customer called in to complain about pricing and they would have just replaced the unit they had known it would be so much to repair. We went out and diagnosed the issue as needing a new board and quoted $405.05 which the cx approved. We had to send out a different tech to install the part due to the original tech was out with COVID and we didn't want to make the customer wait any longer. When the 2nd tech went out and installed the new board, she then put it through testing and found the additional issue with the heater which is most likely what caused the board to fail but unable to diagnose without the board working. Tech quoted $190.06 additional, which was again approved. The cx could have declined at that point or called into the office regarding the pricing, which we have gone back through calls to reverify no calls made that day, but they didn't. We returned back and installed the part and unit is now working. Not a word about pricing until after the job was complete. The customer stating he could have bought a new one. I called the customer and spoke with *********, as that was the only number we had attached to the job. I apologized for the inconvenience and explained that it should have been just the part and sales tax added on top of the original quote and advised her that I would be refunding $100 back to her cc. Customer thanked me and I asked if she could please update the review as it was put up between the time her husband called in before I could even go over the notes in the job and call her back. Se said she would. I was not asking for it to be removed but to at least be updated. The husband had no intention of removing any reviews and after hearing his call he stated he didn't even want money back but was going to blast us on every social media platform we are on. Because this customer approved and once the job was complete he then researches, how did we do something wrong? I do have the phone recordings which I will forward over to you in addition to responding to this copmplaint. Thank you for your time. ***********************

      After waiting 2weeks the office lady (I think her name was *****) went above and beyond to find someone to work on our stove after original mechanic got covid! Very pleased with the service!! Would use them again!!!

      ******,Thank your for sharing your experience. We try to get customers with part orders taken care of as soon as parts come in and if tech out we try to get it over to another tech to finish up rather than making a customer wait even longer.
