      Great company. East to set appt. Communicated well and sent auto reminder. ********* quickly identified the issue with our new microwave (warranty). Parts ordered and installed quickly. Followup call was received the day after repair was complete to insure our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Tiger!

      The worst ever. Told me one price when making appointment, then switched the price and didn't honor original. They have so many 1-star reviews on Yelp, I am surprised that anyone uses them. My bad for not checking reviews before hiring them. Totally confrontational and rude, very very expensive. I would rather buy a brand new appliance than ever have this company fix anything, I do not trust them and think they are shady

      This is the same reply from the review that posted on our Yelp account.
      Sir, this was in no way a bait and switch situation. Your wife was explained (on a recorded line if you would like that sent to you) on the initial call that we charge a service fee of $149.95 to come out and diagnose the repair. Upon diagnosis you would receive a quote that included parts, labor, shipping, tax and time spend diagnosing. The quoted price of the service fee would be included in the total amount of the quote. If you chose not to proceed with the quoted price you would only be responsible for the initial diagnostic fee of the $149.95. At that point your wife requested the soonest appointment for us to come out.
      As far as your comment regarding our reviews we appreciate both positive and constructive feedback however your comment regarding our 5 star reviews being "fake" is both slanderous and unethical. Yelp verifies these reviews and anything out of the ordinary would be removed by them.
      On another note, if you didn't approve of our price you had the right as a consumer to reach out to ** directly and request a factory technician or when you spoke with Spencers they have their own in house servicer that they could have sent out for you as well.
      It is your prerogative if you choose to reach out to the BBB however they will be provided the same information as well as the initial call recording with your wife agreeing to our service fee over the phone.

      Tiger Mechanical has been prompt and efficient on their service calls . Travale, the technician is very knowledgeable and polite and explains the issue causing the problem and orders the needed parts.

      Technician was prompt and personable. He took extra measures to keep his work space (my kitchen) clean during his visits. No one enjoys spending money on refrigerators, but if it needs repair , I would certainly recommend these folks.

      Tiger Mechanical was contracted by GE to replace a door on our refrigerator that was delivered with dents in the door. ***** Tigers tech came to swap the door GE had sent to replace the dented one. He opened the new door box and upon examination of the new door ***** found it to be manufactured with gaps that would result in door seal leaking. ***** packed the door up and told us he would have another one ordered. He expressed that he would get another door and be back as soon as he could obtain it.A new door arrived and ***** was back within a couple days. Second door was inspected and deemed satisfactory. ***** replaced the door without further issues. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly. Upon leaving he conveyed that he was sorry for any inconvenience. I would definitely use Tiger Mechanical and ***** for future issues with our appliances.
