      Dear BBB We are the seller of Tanga.com. We started to operate on the platform in September, and the payment time we agreed with the platform was to pay ** seven days after our goods were delivered to the buyer. On September 18, the platform suddenly closed our seller account without any notice. Our total sales on tanga.com was $8,954.00, but the platform only paid us $711.15 on September 13. After closing our account, there was still $8,177.00 left in our account that we have not paid to us. We have been operating on this platform in compliance with various regulations of the platform. After receiving the order, we sent our goods to the buyer as soon as possible, and the buyer could receive our goods within the prescribed time. The payment was also accepted by tanga.com, but Tanga.com closed our account unreasonably and violently, and the balance of our account was not returned to us. Our company kindly requests BBB to help me solve this problem and ask Tanga.com to return the withheld $8,177.00 to us.       I bought a product from the website (mini fridge). It stopped working in less than three months. The product was not abused or damaged. Tanga.com refused a refund or replacement. They should not be selling junk products that they will not stand by.

      I cancelled an Oder and they sent anyway. They never answer emails for resolution

      Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 5/8/23. After a week I checked on the order and saw it never shipped. Contacted customer service who sent back a scripted response that they cant help until its been 10 days. Waited til 11th day and reached back out, no answer. Still the product has not shipped. Had to file a dispute with PayPal who want me to wait until the 8th for a resolution.

      I ordered some outdoor furniture that came in 3-4 boxes. The item was damaged and had missing pieces. I want return, however the company only sent me 1 shipping label when I need 3-4 labels in order to return. When I asked for the appropriate amount of labels they went silent and have not responded to my multiple requests for more return labels. In addition they gave me a 5 day window to ship the item back and a 10 day window to receive the item in order to get a refund. The 5 day window ends tomorrow. The only way to communicate with this company is via email. There is no phone number. Thank you.

      On 5/5/23, I ordered a patio furniture set from this business. It arrived on Tuesday May 9th. I put together the first chair and experienced a multitude of issues - first, the pre drilled holes did not line up. I also found that the s**** threads were too large for the holes, causing me to strip the screws despite using the provided ***** wrench. The screws were too long, causing a safety hazard as the ends of the screws protruded beyond the designated holes - if someone ever fell into the chair, it would cause serious injury as someone would fall directly into the s**** Lastly, the furniture literally smelled horrible, to the point where I could not even store it inside my house, as the smell permeated my entire residence.On Wednesday, May 10th, I emailed *************************** the only possible way to get in touch with anyone. There is no number affiliated to talk to an actual human about these issues, I was left at the mercy of this support email. ******** responded very promptly to my first email, on May 9th, asking me for proof of the claims I made. I sent her pictures within three hours of receiving her email. From here, *** sent at least one email every single day, asking how Id be able to return this product, and Ive yet to receive a response, almost a week later. I also warned that Id be submitting a complaint through the BBB if I didnt hear back from her on Monday, as I need to get rid of these chairs immediately.The company has a return policy, so Im not sure why they are not allowing me to return, and are ignoring all of my emails.My goal from this is to get a full refund on the $404.12 I spent on the furniture and to be provided a way to ship this furniture back, free of charge, as the issues with the furniture are through no fault of my own.All furniture is still in perfect condition. One chair is assembled and cant be disassembled because of the previously mentioned stripped screw.Please advise on how I should be proceeding.

      I purchased an item online through Tanga, the item were received and defective and unable to be assembled. I have contacted the company to ask for return information and did not recieved that. I am now going online to try to again, return the same items and it says I am outside of my return window. I can only communicate via email with Tanga and have not had anything resolved:The screws do not fit as they should and will not fit for the assembly .       I received the wrong product from this company. I followed their procedures to try to return the item and get a refund for my item I did not receive. After getting an auto reply about being a small business needing time, I have received no follow-up, no return information, and definitely no refund. This seems to be a bait and switch type of company and I need to report them. Photo of wrong item attached. I did not purchase a dog paw shirt but a heart sweater.
