      I ordered a sherpa style hooded sweater, it was nothing like the picture, it didn't fit right, the color was solid gray but the picture shows gray and white and it didn't have a zipper like the picture and description said it does, just thin stitching.

      Trying to return item to Tanga, they will not send label to return before deadline.. Contacted them twice Payment was made through my Amazon account, There is no phone number to call. They responded once saying they would send it, nothing came. Deadline is close

      I made a purchase on March 5, 2022 for items sold by this company. The item was never received and the tracking link they provided states it is in transit and projected date for delivery is 6/15/2022. The tracking link is provided below. I contacted the company and they requested additional information claiming they showed no orders on my account. I contacted them a second time and they never responded. I tried to file a dispute with the credit card company and they chose to still charge me for this even though it was not received. This is my second bad experience with this company Tanga. The first order I made I received items that were broken and just let it go then but I do not feel this should be let go.
