1 starPREDATORY SCAM COMPANY I have a pipe outside that is leaking. I'm a former General Contractor. Anytime Home Services was sent by my warranty company "Hello Super". This company has it's plumbers on commission based on their sales, so they are incentivized to deny your warranty and coerce you to pay out of pocket. They are encouraged to deny your warranty claim in house. ***** was my plumber. He immediately views the leaking pipe and says it's not covered due to being outside the home's foundation. I show him my contract with enhanced plumbing coverage that specifically covers pipes outside the homes foundation. He then says it was installed incorrectly and won't be covered. I advise him I also have coverage for improper installation. Before I can finish he says, "well then there's abuse, this is abuse on the plumbing then". The pipe is 18 years plus old, completely degraded from corrosion and acidic water, plus the pipe is exposed to weather and leaking at the solder joint on the 1/2 copper T fitting. The only time a hose is used on this **** is to clean pool filter grids that are less than 8 feet away with a 30 foot hose. He then attempted to charge around $950 w tax to fix the plumbing issue including the vaccuum breaker. I called a second contractor that advised me the leak was due to normal wear and tear and that it would be covered by my home warranty. He charged $175 to replumb, replace vaccuum and Hose **** (which wasn't even included Anytime's quote. I've had this SAME company try to run similar scams on me, as most posts mention in the reviews, by trying to force you to upgrade your plumbing for $500 to $1000 when installing a new water heater via the warranty company. I believe a class action law suite is in order and further more that this company should be stripped of the Contractor's license by the ************************. 1 starPlumber diagnosed leak as blockage and missing gasket rather than mis installation which is covered in my contact. Says its missing a gasket and I didnt remove it, so mis-installed. Worst of all the guy left acting as if he would be my advocate with my home warranty company and the opposite occurred. They denied it due to his wording on the diagnosis. The company said it would be fraud if he didnt write part missing rather than leak, so not covered. Thanks a lot.Review fromKATHLEEN P

1 starAWFUL COMPANY!! Complete con artists. They came to my house for a small leak from the water heater. Turned the hot water off and left without informing me. When I called them to come back and turn it back on, they said they would only come back if I paid for a full water heater replacement and signed a waiver saying they were not liable or responsible for any work they do and will not offer a warranty!?! When I asked why they said because the wood shelf the heater is on had some water damage and so installing onto a damaged surface will void all responsiblity/warranty on their part. I said I will have the shelf replaced but it will take the contractor a few days and can they come and switch the heater back on in the meantime and they refused. So they turned my hot water off without permission and then said they won't turn it back on, unless I give them the replacement job and sign a waiver. So they scammed me. Rigged it so I have no choice but to urgently get it switched back on and then said I have to give them thousands of dollars and sign waivers. SO SHADY!! THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS - RIGGING THINGS SO YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM. DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!Review fromApril G

My kitchen faucet sprung a leak and it was bad! ****** from Anytime Home Services was amazing! He was on time and went above and beyond in every way. I'm working on a very tight budget and the repair ended up involving more than just the faucet as it was a result of needing a water pressure valve. ****** was so compassionate and understanding about my situation. He explained everything fixed what he could on that visit and went over pricing for the next repair. He made sure he did the most possible so my family had use of our kitchen water supply. Since I had to save money for the next repair, there was some time in between visits. ****** once again was amazing! He returned recalling all of the issues, brought the parts to try to fix the original faucet even though it was likely going to be a hassle for him, he did that to try to save me money so I didn't have to purchase an entirely new kitchen faucet. He installed the water pressure regulator and fixed all of the other issues. His professionalism, kindness, and integrity were outstanding. My experience with the entire team from beginning to end was excellent and I highly recommend!

1 starCON ARTISTS! I had a home warranty claim to replace a water pressure valve & ended up paying an additioanl $250 for "pipe modifications". It turns out that the pipe modifications were a result of having to trim 1/4" of existing copper pipe to fit the new valve, literally 2 minutes of hacksawing. When I asked the office associate if the charges seemed reasonable their response was that it was a set rate and there were no reductions that could be made. ****, the tech was courteous, efficient & thorough, but Anytime Home Services is clearly in bed with the home warranty companies. Don't get caught in this SCAM!
