    I began renting the home I am currently in back in February. The house was built in 2000 and no improvements have been done to include any appliances, flooring, plumbing. I moved into this home knowing the plumbing issues which included a terrible leak that flooded the kitchen counter and cabinets from the kitchen faucet, but I needed to move in **** into a place. Working orders were submitted and kitchen faucet was replaced, but other sinks in the bathroom that had the same issue were never fixed to this day. More than 5 work orders have been submitted for irrigation issues which include severe leaks which have gone unanswered after multiple personal email requests. A work order request on December 9th because my freezer was not working on a 24yro refrigerator/freezer combo. The following day my refrigerator stopped working as well. ******* from Appliance Works sis the condenser is bad and the fridge needs to be replaced. He called Arrow the same day he came out and no one answered.On Wednesday December 11th, ***** emailed me saying he is working with the owner to get a new fridge.Same day I emailed ***** back thanking him and on Friday December 13th I emailed ***** asking for a time frame. I also called you guys on the 13th with no answer and no call back after leaving a voice ******* of today December 14th, I have not heard back. I have wasted hundreds of dollars in food from both my fridge and refrigerator which is not acceptable. I also have a 2-year-old at home I must feed and should not have to go out to eat every day I have him.This is a constant issue with your company as I have made multiple work orders which still have gone unanswered and not serviced.On December 17th at 1024am i finally recieved an email from ***** after not having a working fridge for over a week with a 2yro to only say they are working with the owner and that is it.

    This guy is the biggest *****. He manipulates documents to support his lies and extort money out of vulnerable people

    This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit.     On 12/02/2023 I paid **** for my December rent to arrow property management to the same account I've been paying to for 5 months now. Arrow property management then emailed me a late notice on 12/06/2023 to which I did respond with screenshots of the payment and they did not respond. They then emailed me on 12/13/2023 with an eviction notice. Upon emailing back, I found out they had changed their zelle information. At which point I requested the first payment back and sent a new payment of **** again for December rent. I have confirmation from my bank stating that the old account they used did receive the payment and that they would need to release it back to me. At which time I informed ***************************, owner of Arrow property management that his old account is attached to the funds and he would need to call and release the funds back to me. He is completely unwilling to call and release the funds back to me although I have email proof from him stating that the payment was in error. I have received confirmation that he did receive the money but he refuses to refund it although I paid December rent twice. He states that I must call my bank and zelle customer service to which I did and they all state that the recipient of the money must release it back to me. ***** is completely unwilling to call and release the funds back to me and has essentially charged me twice for December rent and refuses to rectify the issue.

    Property management company has taken over 90 days to fix water leak issue, o working kitchen and bathroom for over 75 days with no retribution to tenant. Property management company took over 48 hours to respond to initial leak and **** continued for 4 days before plumber was called to stop the leak, during which time caused thousands more dollars in damages to the unit.Water leak happened December 5th 2022 and it is now March 3rd and the unit is still under construction from water leak with no end in sight.
