    wish I could give negative stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These reviews are all true. ethical is not the word to describe this man. He is the most rude and unprofessional human I have ever encountered. He never speaks on the phone but will graciously cyberbully. He is unresponsive, only communicates via email, and will never pick up the phone or meet you in person. He demeans you and makes blatant threats for further legal action and refuses to communicate. We were in a rental home being managed by this awful man and I want to heed the warning so others are not suppressed to the same harassment that we were. I wish I could upload his emails here. Be warned, he will make your life miserable.

    ***DO NOT RENT FROM ARROW PROPERTY***This by far has been the worst rental experience I ever had. I should have done a more research before I locked into a lease and I should have ran once I seen his cubicle office space in this dingy dress store. I wouldnt trust him with my invest property h*** run it right down the drain doing the bare minimum. Property owners go somewhere else if you care about your investment. All the photos that are online look nothing close to what you will get. He will ignore Maintnence request until you email him and he gets offended by it. He likes to go back and forth about everything other than the issue at hand. Read all these comments and please believe they are not lying. Go somewhere else to rent. He gets zero stars.

These reviews are all true. ***** is supposed to be a Broker/RE Agent who is held to the ** ***** of ******** ethical standards, but ethical is not the word to describe this man. He is the most rude and unprofessional human I have ever encountered. He never speaks on the phone or shows his face in his 'bridal shop office' but will graciously cyberbully you to death. He is unresponsive, only communicates via email, and will never pick up the phone or meet you in person. He demeans you and makes blatant threats for further legal action and refuses to follow the ****** We were in a rental home being managed by this awful man and I want to heed the warning so others are not suppressed to the same harassment that we were. I wish I could upload his emails here. Be warned, he will make your life miserable.

    Terrible Landlord very unprofessional , ************* I have ever received yet he states that he gives the best service out there, Terrible and rude communicating through email, tries to bully you and be aggressive then when you respond the way he talks to you he makes himself the victim. Always makes It a problem if you need something done around the house. Did not have the house ready when we moved in, it was dirty, carpets were not cleaned at all and dirty, backyard was not done . Ac went down during covid in the summer and I was working from home and It took him 7 days to get the Air conditioning fixed cause he hired someone to do it for cheap, Never received an apology, And was not courteous during that time. Someone Needs to do an investigation On this person and his company and needs to shut it down. Never did any up Keep in the house and as a "Landlord" you would think he would be more involved in helping out the owners with the up keeps and Tenants, Forced me to pay another months rent after leased ended and and sent a threatening email when I replied back that I was moving out and made it a an issue and then proceed to send me an email saying that the owners are selling the house!https://arrowaz.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/home Here is other website
