      After speaking with them and agreeing to a month of service, then following month I was charged again. I reached out to solve this issue but instead of refunding me, they kept trying to offer me more content.

      The service is pretty mediocre as far as creativity. The team I had was great to work with - they make sure to communicate with you at all times. My two stars is mainly for the refusal to cancel my subscription when requested. I followed the proper procedure to cancel and was still charged. Provide me with my refund so I can move on.

      I've been working with Web Dynamics for about three months, and in that short time, our business has been completely supercharged. This team of professionals truly understands social media and knows exactly how to make it work in our favor. Equally important is their personable approachthey are courteous, kind, and even take the time to check in with a friendly how are you note when no business is pending. I highly recommend their services, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them for the foreseeable future!

      They charge my cc 2x for 3 months, they comfirm they made a mistake but never refunded me the money.. attent several conferences through out the year and i let everyone know of how unethical this company is.

      Not a trusted company to do business.Promise one thing and they just transfer me always a diferent person that makes no sense repiting and repiting same answer.Avoid this company they just take your money and scaming businesses.

      i joined when I saw *****. Paid $75 for social media posts. They then told me to get on call with them. It was 3 hours of h*** with upsells, false hype & promises. The sales guy would not stop, it was like a price auction "okay i will do for $1500 a month, but for you we will do $1000 , next lets look at your videos we can do 10 for $500"etc..... When you do go to cloud dashboard were everything is run from , you see no option for subscription amendments, which means you have to email them to cancel . So they take out every month when you want to cancel. The sales people are aggressive, talk bs, hype everything up , so over the top. They wasted 2 hours of my time. Most images are AI generated so I think you might as well do this yourself.
