    On Thanksgiving Day, 2022, my heating system broke and I contacted Choice Home Warrenty. Rechaza answered their "call" and a repairman (non-English speaking) came to my house on Friday. Whatever he did, when he left the system was still broken so I called Rechaza and they arranged for the repairman to return on Monday. Thru an interpreter in their office I was informed he had to replace part of the electrical wiring. He did whatever, said it was fixed and left. It was not fixed. I have not had my central heat since, having to rely on space heaters for warmth. Rechaza does not answer my calls, the woman who works in the office and functioned as their interpreter did not answer or return calls or texts to her personal cell phone. Reputable repairmen don't want to work on the system because Choice Home Warranty will not pay for all the repairs to be done.Choice Home Warranty refuses to fix the entire cost the ************* will cost because a contracted company made the mistake.

    In April 2018 I called Rechaza A/C LLC to come out to take a look at my AC I was told that I needed a brand-new A/C unit and 10-year warranty at this time we were first time home buyers that just got the house. With the temp in ******* rising at this time I agreed to place the new unit in. A few mouth later I in the winter I called Rechaza A/C because my heater was giving me problems, they came out went on the roof fixed the problem is wat I thought unit still had problem, but it was working in March 2022 I called Rechaza A/C due to A/C unit not working they came down to take a look and said you have a hole in your coil and now its leaking and had to get replaced at this point the unit was barely still 3 years old it dint make any cents I told them it should have warranty I was told ok labor charge of $922.50 again with temps in ******* starting to go up and with kids in the house I agreed at this point I was shir this unit was going to last a very long time in December 2022 I called Rechaza A/C again do to my heater not working and going in and out of heat and most time no heat at all just cold air they came out turned the heat on and said its working just fine that well be $80 did not go on the roof at all I talked to the rep to complain to them they said they well have someone go back out they came out to do a diagnostic to see why the heater not working the tech came out went on the roof started working pulled out my thermostat wire that I believed nothing was wrong with it drilled a hole in my roof and ran a new wire to the unit was there over 2 hours up and down, unit on and off ***** unit turned on heat the tech said he was done and charged $482.22 a little after he left heater stopped working at this point I was tired of this company and had another company out the next day to do a diagnostic and fond a lot of problems. unit was over charged bord burnt sensors no longer working and many more do to workmanship. I believe the company was sabotaging the unit

    Rechaza AC was hired by my home warranty company to inspect an A/C outage on my property. They came, and inspected it, and received payment from the home warranty company.I had not heard from them in over a week. I called and spoke to a woman, who took my number and said that they would call me back that same day to figure out who dropped the ball, and why there has been no communication. I did not receive a phone call and since then have attempted to call them every day. They either answer and hang up, or there is no call and it goes to voicemail. I have even tried calling from a number different then mine, and yet no one answers the phone number that I have used to reach out to someone.I still have an A/C out and I have never received a phone call. My home warranty company has no longer been able to reach anyone at Rechaza AC LLC. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and that my A/C is still out, and there has been no communication to fix the problem. I'm highly disappointed in the way that this company has handled themselves.

    Rechaza AC LLC was sent out to fix my air conditioner by Home Warranty of America. They replaced the run capacitor, but left a wire hanging, which then started intermittently sparking against a copper pipe. I called them back and they said that they didn't see any sparking and left. The next day it started again and I took a video of the sparking and sent it to them. They came back and said that there was a wire that needed to be fixed and turned off the unit. They said they'd come back and I never heard from them again. The warranty company finally sent a second AC company and they showed me the damage to the pipe which had caused all the coolant to leak out. They had to weld the pipe, flush the system and refill the coolant. That cost me $900 as the warranty company wouldn't cover the damage done by Rechaza AC LLC. I want Rechaza AC to reimburse me the $900 that I had to pay to repair the shoddy work and damage they did to my AC system.
